Our son has been at Brightside for 2.5 years and it was the best decision we have made! Starting in the baby room, through the toddler and pre-kindy and very soon the kindy room, all of the staff have been amazing, caring and nurturing all throughout our sons journey. The management are great, the chef cooks delicious, healthy foods and our son is absolutely thriving in this centre. The staff are all beautiful and genuinely care about the kids. We get photos daily, a daily summary of what the class got up to and regular updates about our sons development. They take their health and wellbeing seriously and have clear communication about everything. Baby sister will be signed up as soon as she's here!

Our son began in July 2024 at Brightside and we couldn't be happier with the experience. This is the first centre he has attended (he is now 1) and he took to everyone like a duck to water. He always lights up when he is greeted each morning and is always smiling in the afternoons. He has never had any emotional moments at drop off which shows to me, that he is comfortable there. Educators are all welcoming and happy to answer any questions or discuss concerns. The app is very helpful to me so I can keep track of food intake and nap durations and of course I love the daily room updates to see the adventures of the day! When I have emailed questions the response is always timely and never a bother. We toured quite a few centres and don’t regret choosing Brightside ELC one bit.

We LOVE this centre. The staff are amazing, you walk through the door and everyone is so warm and welcoming, brightside is really like one big family, which makes me feel so at ease sending my daughter here everyday while I am at work. They are super accommodating to your child’s needs, and all educators are on the same page when it comes to providing quality care to the children. The centre is always clean and tidy, and they are always updating and improving. We don’t have a bad word to say about Brightside, for us, it’s my daughter’s home away from home, she feels safe and comfortable here and that’s more then I could ask for.

Moving my son to this centre was the best decision we are both absolutely loving it and he is thriving!

I am so glad that I chose to come here instead of any others. The staff have been very welcoming and understanding and my toddler has just grown so much in the last 12 months. The change is amazing. He has gone from a baby who wasn’t sure and wouldn’t let me go, to a toddler who has so much curiosity, wants to learn, help and interact with everyone. He is now a social butterfly and a busy little bee who does not want to know me at drop off 🤣 thanks heaps to the Team at ELC. You are amazing ❤️

Very happy with the decision to move our daughter to this centre. She absolutely loves coming here and no tears in the morning during drop off. All the staff are so caring, kind and nurturing to their children and my daughter is thriving. She has built some fantastic relationships with her educators and when I leave her for the day I know her needs are being met and she is cared for and valued. I never worry :-) when I pick her up she has always had a great day and has also been well fed :D the staff are very welcoming and kind to parents during drop off/pick up. Highly recommend this centre.

I have sent both my sons to Brightside ELC and all the staff are wonderful threw out each room. My son started in the baby room and built up such an awesome relationship with the staff and would love to come to daycare. He is now in the pre kindy room and always speaks about the staff in such a positive way on the weekends. The staff always support and comfort him at drop offs when needed and allow him to venture out on his own time after a well needed cuddle. My son loves the meals and they provide a wonderful range of different foods! The updates I receive on the app daily are amazing! Even from Thailand while I was on holiday I was able to see what he was up to :)

A really fantastic childcare centre, they have helped me through some hard times. Have helped put a lot in place to help with my amazing little boy, I would recommend this centre to anyone because I haven't seen such a amazing group of educators 💙

Thankyou Brightside ELC for making the transition for myself and bub so smooth. The love, support and care you give to the children is amazing but not just them to the parents too leaving your child to work is hard and they update you with photos and daily information so you can always keep your little ones on your mind.
