BSA Macgregor stands out for its hardworking and dedicated staff (Kudos to Pema, Rinchen, Karma, Malkeet, Salma, Shaye, Kabita, Parwinder etc). The educators are caring, professional, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and wellbeing. My son is a crybaby with intense separation anxiety and I was overly impressed when he improved and somewhat settled on his second week at child care. The facilities are excellent; clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed to create a safe and engaging learning environment. What really sets the centre apart is the attentive and supportive management team, who are always approachable and clearly committed to maintaining high standards. It’s reassuring to know children are in such capable and caring hands. Thank you for everything you do!

Cannot rate Bright Steps MacGregor highly enough and I have complete peace of mind while she is at the centre. We moved our daughter here about 5 months ago and she settled in quickly. The staff are engaging, attentive and have the most fantastic activities for the kids. We particularly like the events such as the Diwali celebrations as it is important to me that our daughter has an appreciation and respect for all cultures. Evie has learned so much since she started at Bright Steps and formed close relationships with her educators.

My little one started at this daycare in early 2025, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. She settled in much quicker than I expected, thanks to the attentive and caring educators. From the very beginning, we have felt like a valued part of this warm and welcoming community. The staff, from the administrative team to the educators and the chef, are all friendly, dedicated, and professional. The facility is well-maintained, and the kitchen is always clean and tidy. I truly appreciate how the chef takes the time to observe how the children enjoy their meals, adjusting the menu accordingly to ensure they receive nutritious and delicious food. I feel completely at ease knowing my daughter is in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. The daycare offers excellent facilities, including a great outdoor play area, which my child absolutely loves. We waited for this centre to open, and I can confidently say it was worth the wait! For any parents considering this daycare, I highly recommend it. It’s a fantastic place for little ones to learn, grow, and thrive.

I went for a tour at Bright steps Macgregor today and the rooms look very nice. I was impressed with the toilet cubicles for privacy.

We had our tour today at Bright Steps Academy Macgregor centre. It has a beautiful, bright and specious playground with sunny indoor areas for the toddlers. My 2 yrs+ LO really loved the playground (specially the slides) and the centre (toddlersroom with so many toys). Gurdeep (the Assistant Director) was welcoming and very friendly. This centre has its own kitchen area where the fresh meals will be cooked and provided to the kids. The best part I really appreciate about this centre that they will provide Halal meals, which would be helpful for the Muslim parents in Macgregor. The modern interior of the rooms, bright and spacious seperate nappy changing station and toddler's toilet training area, enough educational toys and activities accessories had caught my mind. They have their own car parking spaces in front of the centre. I'm looking forward to start the journey for my toddler with Bright Steps Academy, Macgregor from January 2025.
