I’ve had my son at Perfect Start Capalaba for almost 2 years now and have recently added my baby there! Brooke and Paige are the faces of the entrance and they have always been so welcoming and informative! ALL the staff have been professional, kind and caring and I feel so comfortable leaving my kids in their Capable hands. I have had zero issues at the daycare and no question has been too hard or unanswered! My son loves it there and has built rapport with all the educators and kids! Highly recommend!

We’ve had such a positive experience with Perfect Start Early Education. From the moment we enrolled, Paige and Brooke have always been incredibly friendly, approachable, and helpful. They make every interaction easy and genuinely care about both the children and their families.<br><br>The educators throughout the centre are just as wonderful. Every morning we’re greeted with a smile, and it’s clear they take the time to build strong relationships with both the children and their parents. Our children have always felt safe, supported, and encouraged, and it’s obvious that the staff are passionate about what they do.<br><br>Having attended several different childcare centres over the years due to relocating, we have something to compare it to. We were amazed at how quickly both of our children settled in here, they were comfortable and happy within their first week, which has never happened before.<br><br>The team does an amazing job at making drop-offs smooth and stress-free. They immediately engage the children with activities and make them feel excited about the day ahead. It’s reassuring knowing they’re so well cared for, and it’s always a highlight hearing all about their day when we pick them up.<br><br>We’re incredibly grateful to have found such a caring and supportive childcare centre. The dedication of every staff member shines through in everything they do, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Perfect Start Early Education to any family looking for a nurturing environment for their children.

We honestly couldn’t be happier with this daycare. From day one, Paige and Brooke at the front desk have been so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. They always go above and beyond, and you can tell how much they genuinely care.<br><br>Every single teacher is so warm and welcoming too. You never walk in without being greeted, and they always make such an effort to connect with the parents. But even more importantly, they put so much effort into making every child feel safe, happy, and excited to be there.<br><br>We’ve been through a few daycares over the years because of moving, so we’ve experienced a fair few different environments. Both of our kids settled in within their first week here, which was honestly unheard of for us and says so much about the amazing team.<br><br>They make drop offs so easy by keeping the kids happy, distracted, and entertained, which has made such a difference for our family. Our kids absolutely love going and come home every day with the biggest smiles and so many stories to tell.<br><br>The care, love, and effort every single person puts into this daycare is something really special. We feel so lucky to have found them and couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thank you for making our kids feel so loved and for making us feel so welcome from the very beginning!

Ever since new management this place has gone downhill bad educators are ok but the director is rude condescending and very unprofessional

Very poorly run centre. I pulled both of my children out after 18 months.

I’ve had 3 of my babies go through this centre now. The staff are highly professional and knowledgeable. I feel like my kids are doing so well at school now because of their experience at Perfect Start.

We recently withdrew our child from Perfect Start Capalaba after being with the centre for quite some time, and it was not a decision we made lightly. There are positives. Some of the educators are genuinely caring, and our child formed a beautiful bond with one in particular. That relationship is the main reason we stayed as long as we did. However, over the past 12 to 18 months, the overall experience declined significantly. The constant turnover of staff and heavy reliance on agency educators meant there was little consistency. It often felt like we were dropping our child off to strangers, which made it difficult for both children and families to build trust and secure relationships. Communication from management became increasingly poor, with delays, lack of transparency, and what felt like generic, non personalised responses. Concerns raised over a long period of time were acknowledged very late, and without any meaningful or sustained change. There were also serious incidents that impacted our confidence in the centre. Our child was fed meat despite clear dietary instructions, and on another occasion his finger was slammed in a door that was known to be faulty, resulting in his nail falling off. While accidents can happen, this felt preventable and raised concerns around supervision and safety. There were also ongoing issues with consistency of care, including basic requests not being followed through. We stayed because of the educators and the sense of community that once existed, but that has changed. At this point, the trust we had in the centre has been significantly impacted. This review is not a reflection of the individual educators, who we genuinely value, but rather the leadership, communication, and overall management of the centre. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because the families and educators there deserve better support and stability.

Transitioning our daughter to Perfect Start Capalaba just over six months ago has been such a positive experience for our family. We were looking for a place where she would feel safe, secure, and genuinely supported and wow we truly found that here. From our first tour we knew the centre was a perfect fit for us. Not only does the centre have a strong sense of community, the Educators have built such a warm, trusting connection with our daughter. Each room is filled with thoughtful, comforting touches that make the space feel homely and welcoming and this has played a huge part in helping her feel settled and at ease. Our daughter has absolutely thrived here and it is a testament to the Educators and Leadership team. The team’s commitment to clear, open communication has also been a standout. The regular, detailed updates we receive give us real peace of mind and far exceed anything we’ve experienced elsewhere. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
