Edit:
Management was aware, but due to constant management changeover, nobody didn’t anything.

I cannot post what happened here, as it’s a serious allegation against children’s safety that I will have to pursue as a legal matter. Advice by my lawyer was to avoid mentioning the incident as yet.
But parents- be mindful! High turnover of staff and management are red flags and cracks that allow for just about anything to occur.

My daughter has been attending EMEL since just after opening in 2024. We are so happy with the care and education she is receiving there, her educator Miss Anita is truly a treasure to the centre, she is so engaged and caring with the children. I feel really happy knowing my daughter is receiving such a great start to her education when she’s at EMEL. I would recommend to anyone I know looking for an early childhood facility in the area.

Never put your kids there . They don’t know how to take care of baby. My 6 months old has very bad eczema after attending the child care and the nursery staff doesn’t follow instruction. There are lots of temp staff and they feed my baby while he lying down flat at cot! If you want to see your kid suffer, enrol them

They also used tap water to make formula for my baby. It is definitely a concern Ang my had diarrhoea for the whole week until i I found out this issue. Worst experience ever.

This is a beautiful centre! It smells great when you walk in and the heritage building is warm and inviting. Everything is clean and immaculate inside. Deb does a great job managing the team and everyone who works there is warm and friendly. I love that the kids spend so much time outdoors and they have lots of attention and care from the educators. Highly recommend a visit :)

Fantastic center with modern facilities and great outdoor play areas. Deb and her team have helped our child to settle in so quickly. Highly recommend!

Our son loves it here. Great facilities and outdoor play spaces. Small classes and community feel centre - highly recommend.
