These reports are made in good faith and are based on professional observations as required by law to ensure child safety remains the paramount consideration. Regarding fee and management concerns: We adhere strictly to the Australian Government’s Child Care Subsidy (CCS) guidelines. All hours and fees are billed in accordance with these national regulations. Our management team is committed to transparency and follows the National Quality Framework (NQF) in all interactions with families.
