We absolutely love Barrymore Early Learning! From the very beginning, we have felt so welcomed and supported by the whole team. Our son has built such beautiful relationships with his educators and peers, and it’s so lovely to see how comfortable and happy he is when he arrives each day.<br><br>What means the most to us is knowing that the educators genuinely know him, understand his little personality and care about him as an individual. I’ve had both of my children attend this centre, and I honestly couldn’t thank the team at BEL enough.<br>Both of my babies started so young in the babies’ room. My eldest has since graduated from kinder and is now in Prep, while my youngest is currently making his way through kinder.<br>Before enrolling at BEL, I inspected a number of other centres, but something just didn’t feel right. With me working a minimum of four days a week, I needed to know that I could hand my babies over each morning and feel completely comfortable that they were being cared for, nurtured and loved.<br>From the moment we walked through the doors at BEL and met Adana, I knew immediately that this was the centre for our family.<br>Every single educator is worth their weight in gold. From Adana, Candice, Sinem, Jayanti, Frances, Shari and Tracey, to the many other wonderful educators we’ve met along the way, they have cared for my children with the utmost love and attention as they’ve moved through the different rooms over the years.<br>The biggest testament to BEL is probably my daughter, who is now in Prep and still tells us far too often that she wishes she could go back to kinder!<br>Choosing BEL was genuinely one of the best decisions we’ve made for our children, and I’ll always be incredibly grateful for the care, love and support they’ve received there over the years.

My daughter has been at this centre since she was six months old, and she’s now in four year old kinder. I honestly couldn’t imagine sending her anywhere else. The educators have become like family to us, and the centre feels like a second home.<br><br>Knowing she is happy, cared for and excited to go each day means everything. They tick every box for our family, and I already can’t wait to send my second child there. I’m so grateful for all the love and care they’ve given my daughter over the years!

My daughter started at this centre at the end of January, and unfortunately I am already in the process of moving her to a new childcare due to several concerns. I was given negative feedback regarding this centre from my close friend and her cousin but I didn't want it to affect my experience and really wanted to give them a chance. Firstly, I want to acknowledge Adana and Sinem, were always kind and welcoming. However, my negative experience is mainly due to the management, particularly Claudia, whose communication has been consistently rude and dismissive. I consider myself a very easy‑going, understanding first‑time mum, and I rarely raise concerns. However, one day I found another child’s dummy in my daughter’s bag. I simply called to get more information and to understand what had happened. Instead of being reassured or given clarity, I was spoken to as though I was “making a big deal” out of nothing. I was told “it’s childcare, these things happen,” which I found extremely unprofessional. When management checked the room camera, they told me they couldn’t see my daughter properly because the footage was too dark and unclear. This was alarming!! It suggested my daughter wasn’t properly visible while sleeping and not adequately supervised. As a parent, that’s the bare minimum I expect. During the call, the line cut out, and no one called me back. I was later told they had “too many calls coming through,” which only added to my frustration and loss of trust. When I brought my daughter back the following week to give the centre another chance, Sinem greeted us warmly, but Claudia didn't acknowledge me both when I arrived and when I left. No one followed up with a call, no one checked in, and no one attempted to resolve the situation or even discuss it with me. Overall, the impression I’ve been left with is that the centre is extremely welcoming during enrolment, but once you are enrolled, the level of care and professionalism from management drops significantly. As a first‑time mum, leaving my baby is already hard, and this experience has made me feel even more anxious instead of supported. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this childcare based on the management’s lack of communication, accountability, and respect.

My twin boys have been attending BEL since they were 16 months and are now completing their final year in 4 year old kinder. We have formed wonderful relationships with educators and other BEL families. The care and dedication given to each child whilst in care makes us very happy. Thank you BEL for being my village !

We have had the most amazing experience at BEL, both my kids have been here since babies and we are so happy with how the educators treat my kids and us like family! We love BEL and the team and appreciate everything they have done for my babies!
