Despite the fact that outside factors have affected the success rate of the visits, this is not due to the amazing staff at the centre. Everyone I've dealt with have been nothing but supportive and put in every effort to try and make a successful time of a very difficult situation. As a dad "in the system", I've been treated with respect and empathy (quite the opposite to how I expected to be received in this kind of environment).
