Their care for our children is wonderful, we are very please to send our kid's to this OSHC centre

we had wonderful experiences using riva services.

My son has been attending YMCA Riva OSHC for 6 months now and he enjoys it. Lots of fun activities and healthy snacks. The staff are caring and we can not fault the service.

My daughter has been going to this centre since kindy, for about 2.5 years now. Every educator in the centre is so caring and kind. My daughter loves going there everyday. The reason why I have taken a star off is due to the office not attending to phone calls/emails promptly, as well as their decisions in changing the flexibility to cancel a permanent booking in advance. Edit: I got hold of the office staff after sending an email to request change of day, the staff looking after this centre is always not interested to try and respond to requests when on the phone...

My kids love coming to this centre for the after school care and vacation care with interesting school holidays program. All the educators are amazing, they treated my kids very well , they are friendly and welcome to the parents. They are also very generous in providing food for afternoon tea.

Lovely team, always look after the kids well, attention to detail is always there, both my kids love attending OSHC ...THANK YOU Guys
