We feel so incredibly lucky to have found Cool Frogs for our daughter, Lottie. From the moment we relocated to the area as a defence family, the team welcomed us with warmth, understanding, and genuine care. The transition into a new community can be challenging, but the entire Cool Frogs team made it seamless and comforting for Lottie—and for us as a family. When Lottie was diagnosed with a serious illness, the support from the Cool Frogs community was nothing short of extraordinary. The compassion, flexibility, and ongoing care shown by the educators and staff helped us all feel less alone during an incredibly difficult time. Their commitment to Lottie’s wellbeing and sense of belonging never wavered. Every educator we’ve interacted with has been consistently kind, nurturing, and truly focused on helping each child feel safe, seen, and supported.
