We enrolled youngest child (of 4) into Creative Childcare Hamilton after having moved to Newcastle last October. It's fair to say, as a centre it's the most like our former Sydney day care out of all we considered. This is a huge factor, because we found several local day cares to be apparently sub-par by comparison. CCH Centre Director, Cheyenne runs a tight ship. Educators onsite are professional and caring (and careful). Our daughter loved going, and shared her daily adventures with us each evening. She is now totally school ready. Thank you team. It only takes 1 bad educator, a lack of centre management and poor understanding of guidelines to completely disrupt a family and a child's well-being. What makes things worse is the inability to take responsibility and learn from a situation. Staff need better training. Owner is disconnected and resides in Sydney. Staff resigning regularly, high turn over leading to miss management. Child left absolutely traumatised and regression in development. Such a shame as we were with the centre for 4 years. My mistake was raising a concern for first time. It's extremely unethical to retaliate in such a manner.

We had our little babe in both a family daycare and here at Creative in Hamilton. We thought as new parents it was nice that she was having different experiences between the two facilities. When our family daycare was abruptly closed down under tragic circumstances Holly, Cheyenne and the ladies were able to fit our little babe in extra days at incredibly short notice which was amazing and i'll forever be greatful. I've been able to reach on out to them with all the stupid new mum questions but I'll never forget how kind Holly and the ladies were when I spoke of the family daycare closure and the circumstance surrounding it. They made me feel extreamly comfortable in being able to discuss it openly and honestly, so thankyou. With regards to our little babe, she absolutely loves this safe space. We've noticed her movements, communication and bubba skillets broaden within a short period of time and as I walk through to collect her I see she's always enjoying herself and the educators are so lovely with her as they are with all the kiddies, it really is a delight to bear witness too. Jess and the girls do a great job in the Nightingale room and I'm even stealing a few of their craft ideas, they are so clever. I love the app Creative provide too, I'm always running to download the cute happy snaps taken of our babe, to read about her day, what she's been upto with her new friends, what she's eaten (did I tell you I'm jealous of their menu too..?) and how much she's slept - hey they even keep tabs on her poopies. It's pretty cool to have knowledge of these things it really is, especially nowadays when mine and my man-friend husby's main conversations run the lines of bowel movements, wether it's ours or hers... The space itself at Creative Childcare Hamilton is indeed welcoming, it's colourful, it's organised and it's just a fun and safe space. We can all agree that we want our babies in safe and happy environments and we want them surrounded by safe people. Creative Childcare Hamilton is our safe space and we'd highly recommend them for all the kiddies. Thanks again

Our daughter has been going to creative childcare for over a year and our son has recently started, and honestly we can’t fault them. All the staff are so lovely and we feel so at ease knowing our children are safe, happy and cared for.

A TRUE HAVEN FOR LITTLE ONES !! I cannot speak highly enough of Creative Hamilton. From the moment I walked through their doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff's dedication to creating a nurturing environment for children is evident in every interaction and activity. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, striking a perfect balance between structured learning and free play. It's clear that the educators here are passionate about early childhood development, as they seamlessly blend educational goals with fun, engaging activities. Communication is exceptional. I receive regular updates on my child's progress and am always welcomed with open arms when I visit. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that parents feel involved and informed. Above all, the genuine care and affection the staff show towards the children is what truly sets this center apart. It's heartwarming to see the strong bonds formed between the educators and the little ones.

My daughter has such a great time here! All of the educators do so many fantastic activities with them, the kids learn so much from them, including sign language skills. Also, the app is a great way to get all the handover information that I need from the day, it’s nice to know she’s being looked after. Thank you for everything you do girls :)

We are so glad we started sending our little man here and have always had a positive experience with the centre. The educators have gone out of thier way to create a relationship with our son who absolutely adores them and his other daycare friends.

As first-time parents putting our baby into childcare, we were nervous, but our experience has been positive and rewarding. The educators are very warm and welcoming, always caring and accommodating to our needs. I love seeing all of the engaging activities that they plan, and our daughter always has a fun day!
