I am extremely disappointed with the experience we had at Little Zak’s Academy Lisarow. It is clear that their primary focus is on revenue rather than the well-being of the children or supporting families. Despite my daughter attending for some time, the teachers didn't even seem to know her name, which is heartbreaking for any parent to witness. The "nutrition" was equally disappointing, often consisting of just plain rice. The biggest issue, however, is their predatory billing and lack of empathy. Even after we provided the required 4-week notice and she stopped attending, they continued to charge us. They made the process of leaving unnecessarily difficult and showed zero compassion when we communicated that we weren’t happy. They simply kept charging for days she wasn't even there. If you are looking for a center that treats your child as an individual and supports your family, I would suggest looking elsewhere. This place is all about the money.

My Daughter has been going to Little Zak’s since it opened and I am nothing but impressed! As an educator myself it is honestly somewhere that I would work The educators are always smiling and greet you upon arrival and departure even if they aren’t from my child’s room The centre itself is immaculate, the resources are stunning with so many options for the children I find myself often telling them how clean the place smells! The extra activities they provide that are included in your costs are awesome my daughter loves learning to cook and doing soccer I found at our last centre my daughter was very reserved and didn’t talk a lot Little Zak’s have brought out that beautiful side I get to see at home in such a short period of time! I’m always blown away and forever grateful As a parent moving your children to a new centre or starting daycare is always daunting but I often say to people I have absolutely no regrets in this decision Well done team ❤️

Little Zak’s Lisarow is a wonderful centre with the most kind and caring staff. My daughter is so well looked after and absolutely loves the educators. The Centre Director Sam, Miss CJ and Miss Molly have made our families transition to childcare a positive experience and we are looking forward to sending out other daughter when she’s older.

Enrolled my son while the centre was under construction as it’s closer to home than where he was previously and I was hoping it would be a smaller centre. Opening date was delayed a while (out of Little Zacs control) which was a bit frustrating but since starting my boy is thriving! Finally we have found somewhere that he loves going to and I can feel secure leaving him at. Facilities, staff and level of care are outstanding. So glad we found Little Zacs!!

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences here since we started. Granted it took awhile but the staff are brilliant and everything has been so worth the wait. We have older children and have used a mix of different childcares in the past but are so thankful we have found Little Zaks Lisarow for our youngest. I can't speak highly enough of the beautiful staff and beautiful facilities. So professional and I know my child is well looked after every day.

We have had the best experience here with our children! It's very unfortunate that the 1 star reviews are related to payment and delayed start dates - this company doesn't charge a bond, just a one off fee, and the delayed start dates are in the hands of the Department of Education not the service itself. In regards to communication - it is a brand new service, and with the state of childcare on the coast, Im sure there is hundreds on the waitlist. If you have a question, just call and ask ? The educators, management and service itself is simply 5 star. We moved from another centre and are so happy we did. The quality of care and facilities are like nothing else on the Coast. So happy we got in! I highly recommend.

Was offered a place in late 2024. Not our first choice, but paid the deposit given how scarce places are on the Central Coast. Was assured they would open in the first week of April 2025. Attended the online parents information evening which was honestly more akin to a corporate orientation with very little focus on the centres or the children themselves. Withdrew our enrolment in Feb as we were offered a spot elsewhere and they were unable to commit to an opening date. Still being bombarded with emails to set up direct debit, re-enrol for 2026, update details etc. I have made multiple attempts to contact the centre and have our details removed, but never received a call back. We might have lost our deposit, but as far as I’m concerned, we dodged a bullet.

I enrolled my son, paid the deposit. Was told to pay asap as there weren’t many spots left. They told me I would be contacted in June for orientation. They never contacted me. Took my money and then radio silence.

Received a call in December offering my kids a place in February. I paid the deposit and provided enrolment forms with supporting documents. I was then advised one child was instead placed on a waitlist. However my other child still had a place. No problems. I have since never been contacted regarding either child. Took my money, enrolment forms and children’s documents and never bothered to call again.
