We couldn’t be happier with our experience at JJ. Our daughter has been attending since she was 9 months old and has moved through Nursery 1, Nursery 2 and now the Toddler Room, and she is thriving at JJ.<br><br>The centre management team is approachable, supportive and genuinely committed to making each child’s wellbeing, learning and development a priority. We particularly value the importance JJ places on building strong relationships with children and their families.<br><br>The educators are warm, nurturing, responsive and genuinely engaged with the children. Whenever we are in the centre, we see educators down at the children’s level, talking with them, playing alongside them and responding to their individual needs. They have taken the time to really know our daughter — her personality, interests and what she needs to feel safe and secure — and consistently go above and beyond to make sure she is happy and settled.<br><br>I have high expectations when it comes to the care of our daughter, and JJ consistently meets them. The leadership team is open to feedback and willing to reflect on their practices and make improvements. JJ isn’t a centre that does something simply because “that’s how it’s always been done” — if something can be improved, they genuinely listen and take steps to make it better.<br><br>Communication is excellent. We receive daily updates through Storypark and regular updates about our daughter’s learning and development that link to goals we have set together with her educators. After a difficult drop-off, educators will even take the time to send us a photo once she is settled and happily playing — those little updates make such a difference with the mum guilt and anxiety!<br><br>We can see how much our daughter is learning from the experiences provided at JJ. She is constantly coming home with new skills, words, songs and things she has discovered.<br><br>Most importantly, she is happy. She loves her educators and even asks to go to childcare on her home days! Knowing she is somewhere she feels safe, loved and encouraged to learn means everything to us.<br><br>We feel incredibly lucky to have found JJ and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the centre to other families. ❤️

We love juniors journey! Being my third child, but our first experience of daycare, I have been so pleased with our experience!! The communication is outstanding, the professionalism of admin staff is incredible, and the kindness from educators has been so reassuring. The educators surprise me with their amazing memory & attention to detail, especially when conversing and settling my little one at drop off - they remember his favourite at home activities and make an effort to ask him questions to ease the transition. So happy with our choice of juniors journey! And I continue to recommend them to so many parents! 👏🏼

My son recently started at the centre and I can't recommend it enough. From the first meeting, first visit, right through communication has been so great to deal with all the staff. They are so welcoming and made us feel at ease. Plus they have the best chef preparing meals for the kids. Best decision I've made for my little explorer!

Juniors journey is a beautiful centre and moving to the centre has been the best decision. Not only are they treat beautifully but they are seen as individuals and meet each child at their level. Having a child with learning delays/needs they have been met at their level and the developmental growth since starting has been mind blowing.<br>The educators and chef are seriously amazing and my kids love going to juniors and have asked if they can attend more.

When our daughter needed extra support the most, junior journeys was there. The whole team, from the carers in the room, to the ladies in the office and even the beautiful chef, made our families transition to the centre as stress free as possible. It has been amazing watching our daughter grow and develop with their support. Could not recommend this place any higher!

Staff are warm and friendly! Taking the time to ensure each little one’s feels welcomed, truly appreciated the time they spend doing fun crafts and activities. Food looks amazing!
