Giggles is more than just a child care centre it’s a home away from home and everyone there is passionate about the well-being and the education of every child in the building. Watching my child grow from a blossom from the gentle nurturing of the staff has been amazing. Probably my favourite part of Giggles is how much the children take in and learn from the singing, reading and gardening. The daily learning environments provided to the children are a credit to them, they are above and beyond. Last but not least a special mention to Dianne who pours her heart and soul into everything she does making me feel so at easy that my baby is in the very best hands every-time I walk out the door. ❤️

My daughter started at a Giggles one day at week when she was 2 and a half. My partner and I had never planned to put her in daycare, however after discovering what Giggles Early Learning had to offer I knew she would benift from attending, and she did. She is now about to turn 4 and attend school next year being the youngest in the class. However due to her time at Giggles I am confident she is ready. Giggles is a very clean centre which is the reason my partner felt confident enough to agree to send her. They are always great at communicating about her day in person at pick up. The environment changes frequently and often includes a current event in the world which is amazing. They learn table manners and how to interact with other children of all ages as it’s a grouped centre. My daughter loves Giggles and all the staff. I really feel they care about each individual child. Clothes are always kept clean and belongings are always put into bags with containers washed. I’ve never had missing socks etc like other centres! My daughter has learnt so much from this centre and I would highly recommend it.

A fantastic child care service with a welcoming family feel. Love the way the environment is changed on a regular basis to support children's interests and to incorporate events that are happening, whether that be something nationally or locally. Educators have been brilliant at recognising interests of our son and using these as a way to help settle him into the service. From the first time our son started attending Giggles we have seen his independence grow and appreciate the routines followed which are similar to what would be expected at home, including sitting together to share meals. Giggles have always worked with us as our sons routines have changed and respected our lead when they needed to be adjusted, such as nap times. All of the educators are happy to have a chat about what our son has been up to for the day when we arrive to collect him. Giggles provide the opportunity for special occasions to be celebrated, like birthdays and we appreciate the way educators use things happening in their own lives to be exercised as a way for children to be included in life events. The attitude of upcycling, reusing and finding new purposes for old goods is refreshing in a world that is often wasteful. We are happy we have such a great service for our son to attend and as our family grows, we like the fact that siblings are able to be cared for in the same space as they would be at home.

We needed to organise child care while staying near Smithton and our expectations were very much exceeded by our experience at Giggles. Our children were able to play and learn together and made lots of new friends with support from excellent staff. We were made to feel especially welcomed by Dianne, who went above-and-beyond to make sure our children were settled. We would highly recommend Giggles to any family.
