We cannot speak highly enough of Kinder Club and all of its incredible staff. Our son has been in their care since he was just 7 months old 5 days a week, and we are so incredibly sad to be leaving due to relocating our home. We truly wish we could take Kinder Club with us. There simply aren’t enough words to properly thank Kinder Club, especially the Room 1 team. They have been like second parents to our son in a time when both my husband and I have needed to work full time. They know his behaviours, routines, and personality so well that most days he doesn’t even want to leave. From our very first tour, when Director Julia cuddled our son in the backyard while getting to know him and explaining the centre, we knew this was a special place. That moment spoke volumes about the level of care provided from the top down. Angela was the first educator to care for our son, and her kindness, reassurance, and bubbly energy made those early days so much easier for us. We have loved watching each Room 1 educator teach and nurture him in their own unique way bringing their own cultures and backgrounds into their care— from Sinead being the first person he learned to say and always encouraging his personality to flourish, Deisy's constant loving praise and updates of his love of food, to Yiveth’s cheerful “Hola” each morning, to his excitement when he spots Mafumi’s bike at the entrance, and Hilton always making time for a high five at the end of the day. They have embraced our son’s cheeky and adventurous personality wholeheartedly, and as a nurse, I can honestly say they provide the most nurturing and loving care. We will always be grateful for the role they have played in his early years. We love that children of all ages get to interact and learn from each other in the backyard. We love the individualised scrapbooks and newsletters. We love the local excusions to Alma Park, Phoneican cafe for a baby chino and the zoo. We love that Kinder Club is about fostering play and growth in children without the fancy gadgets that often take away from this. We honestly will be in debt of the brilliant care Kinder Club has provided and it is such an emotional time as we say goodbye to the beautiful Kinder Club family. They have truly left a really big impact on the person our son is growing to be.

I absolutely love Kinderclub. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Our daughter started at 8m old and I couldn’t imagine a better place for her to have her first year. She was shown so much love, patience and creativity. I feel like kinderclub really helped her shine. Kinderclub are like an extended family - she gets so exited to go and feels really comfortable there. We walked past once on a weekend and she cried the whole way home because we couldn’t go in- If that’s not a good sign I don’t know what is. Julia is so helpful and informative - giving you the info you need to ask the right questions to make the right choices for you. They’ve also run education nights (e.g. body safety Victoria ran a workshop) which I really benefited from.

My kids have been here twice for short term ! And there is not words to describe how grateful we are. The educators are wonderful !! Kind and attentive 🤍💫 . I was so concern as my little one was only 5 months and I got surprise that she could adapt so quickly, because of the love and attention that she received. So so grateful !! We are incredibly grateful for the care, love and support our son has received at this Kinderclub. From the very beginning, the educators and directors made him feel safe, welcomed and truly cared for, which gave us complete peace of mind as parents. The staff are nurturing, patient and genuinely invested in each child’s development. We have seen our son grow so much emotionally, socially and in confidence during his time here. Communication has always been excellent, and we’ve felt included and informed every step of the way. The environment is warm, engaging and well organised, with thoughtful activities that encourage learning through play. It’s clear how much effort and heart goes into everything they do. Leaving as we are moving house is bittersweet, as this centre has been such an important part of our son’s early years. We cannot thank the team enough and would highly recommend this childcare centre to any family looking for a caring, professional and supportive environment.

After touring countless childcare centers, this one is by far the best we've found. We enrolled our little one at just 7 months old (he is now a year and a half), and he has never cried during drop-offs, which speaks volumes about the care and comfort he feels here. The staff in Room 1 go above and beyond every day to make sure our son feels loved, supported, and celebrated. The meals are fantastic, and the activities are always engaging and fun. We couldn’t be happier with the care and attention our child receives! Can not thank kinderclub enough for their amazing work!

Kinderclub is an excellent place for your child to start their early learning journey. While it's always hard for the little ones at first (and for the parents!), the team of amazing educators at Kinderclub were very accomodating and helped my child to settle into the new routine. The educators here establish genuine bonds with all the children in their care to help support them as they develop into confident little people. Another huge plus is the diverse range of healthy foods provided - my child absolutely loves it so much he goes for seconds (and more!). Highly highly recommend Kinderclub if you're in the area and are starting child care for the first time.

Kinderclub has been amazing so far! My son started at the centre 4 months ago and he’s gone from being extremely shy and teary to running through the door with excitement. The staff are all lovely, positive and supportive. My son doesn’t really bring home many bugs from this centre either. Very happy!

Kinderclub is where my family trusts to send our precious daughter to care. Great facility, fun environment and caring staff. They are very competent, cheerful, attentive, and friendly. Every time I pick up my little one, I can see how she is well good cared in childcare. This experience was all new to me, and I could feel how they gave me attention to understand the adaptation process will be part of the socialization of children. Kinderclub has a professional staff with personalised attention to all children. Our family had to move to a different suburb, and Kinderclub also provided support with our transition during this time. I strongly recommend this place because I could see how my daughter's language and social skills improved significantly. Our family have great memories there with great friends and educators.
