My daughter was left in a wet nappy for 4+ hours, upon pick up the nappy had burst with the nappy gel seeping out. Never got a reason as to why or how this happend, just a "sorry" Staff told me my child didn't like/eat the lunch provided, when I asked if anything else was offered i was told they gave her a mum mum cracker. Ex staff member told me the childrens meals are timed and if they dont eat in the set amount of time they go without. Only 2 rooms in the centre so didnt feel safe as toddlers running around with crawlers, we had a few reports for head injuries. Management changed and things just got worse, was made to feel like I was the problem for speaking my concerns regarding my child's safety.

Outdoor play and movement are an essential part of our approach, supporting wellbeing and problem-solving skills.
