The best one so far!! Iam so glad I chose them. Satisfied and grateful. There was not a single day my child was unhappy to attend the premises because the teachers were so welcoming and full of love and warmth. Absolutely amazing team. 💯 recommended!

Absolutely incredible management and team. If you’re looking for a centre where your child feels at home and constantly supported and loved by dedicated staff then this is your centre. Have had my son just graduate kindergarten after being at this centre for many years and now my daughter is going on her third year at PICO. We drive past many centres to get to this one however I would never change. As a full time working mother it’s hard to put your children in care full time however I never feel uneasy taking them to PICO. It’s has become there home away from home. An example of how homely this centre is, my son refers to a staff member as “Nanny Annie”. Couldn’t recommend PICO enough.

I cannot express enough gratitude to the amazing team at Pico Early Learning Centre for the incredible care and support they have provided to my girls. Moving to a new environment is always a challenge, especially for little ones, but the team at Pico made the transition so smooth and welcoming that my girls settled in almost instantly. From the very first day, the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff reassured me that my daughters were in the best hands. They created a nurturing and engaging atmosphere that made my girls feel safe, valued, and excited to attend every day. The educators go above and beyond to create fun and enriching activities that not only engage the children but also foster their growth and development. I have seen my daughters blossom in confidence and happiness, and I credit this to the wonderful team who truly treat each child as their own. So much so that I am moving suburbs and chose to continue at their new centre—this is how much I trust these incredible ladies and Hayley’s and Kylie’s leadership! Their work ethic is beyond par, and I can’t imagine entrusting my daughters’ care and development to anyone else. Pico Early Learning Centre is more than just a childcare facility; it’s a second home for my girls, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have been part of their community. Thank you for all that you do—your dedication and passion make such a positive difference in the lives of so many families!

My child spent the last 4 years at this centre and I couldn’t have asked for a better group of children and educators to have around my child everyday. The extra work that goes into the children from crafts to learning is outstanding, My daughter has bloomed over the years and more so this year while attending the Kindergarten program, Hayley and Kylie the directors are super easy to talk to about all topics regarding your child or just for a general chin wag. I have recently been photographing this centre and I must say it's amazing! The staff are so welcoming, friendly and personable with the children. There is so much fun at this centre and it shows on the kids faces.

I would like to share the best experience l had at pico early learning as a student on placement its the best centre children here really learn a-lot they are well behaved and this l give up to the educators that are doing an awesome job l would also want to give a big clap to the centre manager Harley she is always find the best learning experiences for children at the centre by bring in awesome incursions and excursion l really recommend this centre to parents that want the best for their children early learning years.

I have no words to express the level of care my child is receiving from PICO. Choosing them for her childcare arrangement is the best decision I've ever made.

I have 3 kids who attend this centre & have been going for a few years now. All staff have been nothing short of amazing. They have helped us in so many ways & my kids have done a full 180 since attending. The confidence boost in my children astounds me. Hayley & Kylie are incredible, always communicated and kept us in the loop with everything, super bubbly & welcoming. All educators across the multiple rooms my kids are / have been in, have kept their learning engaging & again, keeps us parents constantly and consistently updated with their learning & growth. My daughter started there not wanting to go & had severe separation anxiety - she has since added an extra day on her own accord & wakes up excited to go. I seriously could not recommend Pico in Pakenham enough!

My daughter moved here last year and the change in her has been quite surprising. She went from being nervous about being in care to loving her educators and not wanting to leave. Her teachers got to know her and her interests to ensure she wanted to be there and was settled, I can’t thank them enough. The things she has learned never cease to amaze me.
