We are disheartened and disappointed to read this review because it is not factual and actually the contrary. Our policy which was communicated to you in writing at the time of offering enrolment clearly states that bond is forfeited in the event that enrolment of a child is cancelled once bond is paid and a start date agreed. You cancelled enrolment on the morning that your child was due to commence after doing three weeks of orientation and we were well in our rights to retain the bond in lieu of fees due. Out of goodwill and considering your circumstances we agreed to refund your bond which was processed promptly and find it deplorable that you would then write this review. Reply to your edit: This is not true. We were never contacted by Consumer Affairs. Our decision was based solely on goodwill and your circumstances. Given your response, we should never have refunded it and what this has taught us is that we should always stick to our policies.
