We went through several childcare centres before finding one that truly understood our daughter’s needs. While each service did their best, many environments were not the right fit for her. Some centres struggled to provide the level of understanding, patience, and support she required to feel safe, regulated, and able to thrive. Only About Children was the centre that changed everything for our family. From the moment we joined, the educators demonstrated genuine care and a strong commitment to understanding our daughter as an individual. Rather than focusing only on her challenges, they worked closely with us to identify strategies that supported her communication, emotional regulation, and social development. Their willingness to collaborate with therapists and adapt their approach made a significant difference. The staff created a nurturing and inclusive environment where our daughter felt accepted and supported. We saw clear improvements in her confidence, behaviour, and ability to engage positively with other children. Most importantly, we felt heard and reassured as parents. After a long journey searching for the right childcare setting, Only About Children provided the understanding and support our daughter needed. We are deeply grateful to the educators and team for helping our family during such an important stage of her development.

Our son loves coming here to daycare. The teachers are welcoming and kind. My son is always learning something new and excited to tell me about his day. Communication is also good, overall a good experience 👍🏼

I highly recommend this centre! My daughter has been attending the Nursery room since last October, and the experience has been wonderful. As she started from such a young age, I was initially nervous, but the educators have been absolutely amazing. They are so warm, caring, and attentive to every detail, making sure she feels safe and loved. It’s such a relief to see her smiling at the educators every morning. I’m so grateful for all their hard work and support. If you're looking for a childcare centre where your baby will be in great hands, this is definitely the place!

I feel 100% confident leaving my child here every day. It feels like a second home, and the staff are always friendly and professional. I’ve seen such progress in my child because their teaching methods are so effective. Most importantly, I love that they use positive parenting techniques that align perfectly with our approach at home—it provides the consistency and support my child needs to thrive.

Both my children attended this centre and the staff here were all absolutely wonderful. Very organised, highly attentive, sensitive and caring to the children and switched on. We formed strong relations with many of the staff there, but in particular MJ and Nahid, were leading the centre with high standards. We relocated to another area in Sydney and sadly had to change centres. We miss the Chatswood Railway St centre and everyone who works there very much.

Both of my child has been coming here at OAC chatswod . It's been over 7 years since from my first child attended care here. Now it's almost coming to end of my second child day care and moving on to schooling next year . So far the long journey has been great , always provide many details and lots of attention to kids development. Great location and with sunny out door play area . If there is anything to add, wish there is more small excursions, so kids can go for a little walk with there buddy's. Recommended if you are within the area ~ 👍

Cannot recommend this day care to anyone unengaged and unsupportive management really drag down what should be a good day care (very well located, decent educators). Take a tour and trust your gut if you are considering sending your child here, there are so many better options in the area. The management are defensive and take no responsibility or initiative to address concerns with them (high turnover, lack of consistency/feedback on their "development plans"). Even worse than the management is when you try to raise concerns with OAC directly. Multiple phone calls and promised escalations with the call centre staff led absolutely nowhere. When we finally got a callback from a supervisor they and outright said it was some other managers responsibility. From my experience i do not believe that if you had a concern OAC will address it and for that fact alone i cannot recommend anyone send their children here.

We recently raised several concerns with management about ongoing issues at the centre, including high staff turnover, lack of consistency for children, potential breaches in staff to child ratios and communication that we found unprofessional at times. I was particularly troubled by reducing our baby's naps from 2 to 1 in the beginning against her developmental needs which appeared to be driven by staffing convenience rather than the best interest of the child. We received a follow up call from the Head Office which unfortunately felt more like a procedural formality than a sincere attempt to understand or resolve the concerns. Overall, we remain very concerned about the center's culture, leadership and how parent feedback is handled. I would encourage other families to be observant, ask questions, be vigilant and trust their instincts. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR YOUR KIDS
