We absolutely love goodstart Elizabeth Vale! Since my son started, we’ve seen such amazing growth in him. He’s more confident and he’s excited to go every day. The daily updates are wonderful, it’s so special to see what the kids are learning and experiencing. The activities are always engaging and thoughtfully planned, and the educators are beyond amazing. My son has learnt so much since being here and often tells me everything he has learned. The educators are so caring, supportive, and genuinely invested. We feel so lucky that my son gets to be part of such a warm, nurturing, and inspiring environment. Big shout out to Brieanna as well she is so great with all the kids.

⚠️ At capacity until March 2026 ⚠️ I called today 11am to see if there was any chance of re-enrolling my daughter, who previously attended this centre. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone — I believe her name was Tash (or Nash/Ash) at the centre once i was transffered — was incredibly rude and dismissive, the first thing she quite literally said was that 'we are fully booked until March' and 'well, since you left' and I, shocked, said 'oh, ok, thanks..?' And the response was 'like I said, we are at capacity'. Get down from your high horse lady - I completely understand that the centre is full, but her tone and manner were appalling. Rather than a polite or professional response such as, “Thanks for checking in, we’re currently full until March,” I was met with a curt and condescending, “Like I said, we’re at full capacity.” It was unnecessary and unprofessional, especially when speaking to a returning parent, who before this, had a mostly great experience! Ha! For context, I originally withdrew my daughter when months of backyard construction began — two-thirds of the play area was blocked off and construction workers were present daily. I didn’t feel comfortable with her missing out on playtime or being around so many unfamiliar people. While Hayley and Zoe were always wonderful, today’s experience left a very poor impression. The phone manner of the staff member I spoke to was unacceptable. Also, on one occasion during our time there, I picked my daughter up to find another child sleeping outside on a blanket in winter because there apparently weren’t enough staff to supervise everyone indoors — which was concerning. In short: don’t expect warmth or professionalism if you call before March.... don't bother! Extremely disappointing.

can not recommend this centre enough. My daughter is so loved and welcomed by not only staff but all her peers. she has a strong sense of security and has built some amazing relationships with staff and other children.

Goodstart Elizabeth is a great centre with very warm, caring and inclusive staff. Any issues during the day are told on pick up and the ladies go above and beyond to make the children feel a sense of belonging. More than happy to recommend this centre to anyone looking at putting their child in to daycare.

Great childcare centre, staff are lovely and very caring towards my child and my child’s needs. They assist at drop off when she becomes upset.. love the amazing outdoor area so spacious and full of amazing learning experiences. I recommend this centre :)
