Unfortunately this centre does not take complaints seriously. Rather than listen to parents concerns they become defensive and offer no accountability on... Unfortunately this centre does not take complaints seriously. Rather than listen to parents concerns they become defensive and offer no accountability on their end to fix the problem. Sesame kids makes excuse upon excuse to deflect issues onto the parents and their children rather than demonstrate professionalism and offer communication of an expected level. When I raised concerns my child was suspended. This does not speak "open communication" to me at all. I attempted to speak with the manager who was always unavailable. The staff are disrespectful and lazy. I would not recommend this centre to anyone. Read more

They have handled him with so much love care and understanding, they have also helped so much when it comes to accessing resources if we have needed them. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough ! My daughter started here a few months ago as an 8 month old and she is absolutely loving it. Her confidence has grown... My daughter started here a few months ago as an 8 month old and she is absolutely loving it. Her confidence has grown so much and she gets to play and learn with kids her own age.
