SHK is a wonderful tucked away gem! After moving interstate and having a lot of transition, I could not have found a better place than SHK. The single stream program allows the highly passionate educators really connect with kids and families, tailor programs to the kids experiences and for the families - provide a wonderful community and opportunity to connect with each other. The program has been the best way to prepare for prep in a calm, focused and considered process. The kids build so many skills including responsibility, independence and confidence. Being a small capped class, they are able to give deep learning to the kids which ends up with them loving their school days. SHK has amazing incursions like ongoing museum loans, animal/reptile/bee lessons, sustainability incursions and regular outdoor excursions for exercise or prep readiness. The kindy fosters the parents to connect with the kindy and each other, which we have found so rewarding being new to the area. I am so grateful to the whole team!

Our daughter's Kindy journey at SHK has been everything we could have hoped for. She has formed beautiful bonds with her teachers and classmates, and the program supports her interests and creativity while gently guiding her to be more independent and emotionally mature. We love the SHK community vibes, and the daily updates and photos on Storypark!

We are thrilled with Stafford Heights Kindergarten. Having transitioned our oldest boy across for 2 days a week, he’s loving the environment, challenges and new friends. The teachers and community are fantastic. Highly recommend anyone to consider, we’re a lot more confident now for our little one’s transition into prep next year, having only been in the program for a short time.
