Top Rated Centre
What is a Top Rated Centre? A top rated centre must have 5 star average reviews rating, as well as 'Exceeding' or 'Excellent' NQS rating.
The National Quality Standards are a set of national benchmarks for early childhood education and care services.
It includes seven quality areas like "Children's health and safety" and "Educational program and practice".
Criteria:
5 star average reviews rating from Google and Care for Kids
Exceeding or Excellent NQS rating
National Quality Standard (NQS)
The National Quality Standard (NQS) is part of the National Quality Framework (NQF), introduced to enhance the quality of early childhood education and care services in Australia. Developed by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA), the NQS provides a benchmark for childcare services, from long day care and family day care to preschools, kindergartens, and outside school hours care.
Under the NQS, childcare services are assessed and rated for the quality of education and care they provide. These ratings give parents a clear understanding of how well a service meets national standards, helping them make the best choice for their child’s needs.
Average Centre Rating
Our average ratings are calculated from authentic parent reviews submitted directly on the Care for Kids website, as well as reviews on Google.
