I love the nurturing and warm approach of all the educators we've had - that makes a world of difference. *Relationships* with attunement and care are the things that matter when it comes to little humans (then play and learning will follow naturally, right!), so I'm really glad that care is what's prioritised. Such a beautiful team of people, who've been working together for such a long time - which says a lot!

Our family absolutely adore Headstart! We were very lucky to be offered a place for my son last year and now my daughter is also finishing up her first year at Headstart. The educators genuinely care about the kids, the environment is warm and welcoming and there is clear investment into the educators professional development which is incredibly important in an undervalued industry. There is very minimal staff turnover which we value and also indicates that the staff are valued and treated well. The communication from Renee and Kandice is always proactive when anything arises. Our kids love their days there. We have moved away from the local area in the past 18 months but still choose to send our kids to Headstart because we know how happy they are and how lucky we are to have found such a wonderful daycare. I could not recommend Headstart enough!
