Finding a daycare as a first-time parent was honestly one of the most stressful decisions I’ve ever had to make. I visited over 14 different centres before choosing this one, and I couldn’t be happier with our decision. What stood out straight away was how much the educators genuinely prioritised building a positive attachment with my son and making sure he felt safe, secure, and comfortable before anything else. As a parent, that mattered more to me than anything. There’s such a big difference between hoping a daycare will be the right fit and actually seeing your child settle in, feel safe, and thrive. The educators have been so warm, patient, and responsive, and it’s clear they truly care about the children they look after. A special mention to Kinley and Mithuni, who have both been absolutely wonderful with Felix. I honestly wish I knew and could mention every educator by name because every staff member we’ve interacted with or has looked after him has been so kind and supportive. They have also been incredibly flexible and accommodating around my husband’s FIFO roster, which has meant so much to our family. Being able to maximise the time my son gets with his dad when he’s home from long swings away has been something we’ve really appreciated. Watching my son confidently reach for his educators and settle happily into his day has been everything I hoped for. I’m so grateful we found this centre and would highly recommend it to any parent, especially first-time parents navigating this huge transition.

We are extremely happy with the care and support provided by Cuddles Daycare. The environment is warm, welcoming, and caring, and our daughter enjoys her time there. A very special thanks to Midhuni and Kinley for their kindness, patience, and genuine care every single day. They always make our daughter feel safe, comfortable, and loved, and we truly appreciate the cuddles, attention, and encouragement they give her. The staff are great, my son loves going to Kindy and seeing his favourite teachers Miss Maddie and Miss Louise. It makes dropping him off that little bit easier

My son has attended 3 daycares and hasn’t liked any he would be inconsolable where I had to collect him but not here at cuddles, he connected with educators really quick he loves Maddi and so do we she’s so friendly, inclusive and welcoming I really like that she’s always willing to chat about how his day has been.

My daughter attends 3 times a week. And she absolutely enjoys herself there. She loves being there. Loves her teachers and even wants to attend in the weekends. She says her favorite teachers are Miss Louise and Miss Maddie. She loves playing in the sandpit and doing Monkey bars.

I enrolled my daughter in cuddles around a year ago to return to work and I can honestly say, they continue to impress me with the quality of care they provide! The team at cuddles made the transition very smooth for me and as a first-time parent, leaving your child in a new environment is a scary thing! I feel I could mention every single educator by name, with the constant positive experiences my daughter and myself have had, but that would be the longest review ever written. Jaika is Amazing, she keeps the parents updated on anything necessary, is always available to answer any questions and is super transparent!! I would love to mention Kezia, she is absolutely incredible at what she does! She knows everything!! how many bowls of cereal or plates of lunch each child has eaten, how many trips to the toilet, what time they went, when sunscreen was applied, what time they napped etc. She helped me monitor my daughter and assisted me with my concerns on her speech; she even went as far as completing an assessment on her behaviour and speech over the course of a couple of weeks and turned it into a report for me to give to my daughter's doctor. It was incredibly helpful! I think Kezia is an educator that every parent dreams of having for their child! The other two educators I would like to mention are Maddy and Louise!! Even though Kezia set the bar so high, Maddy and Louise have continued that amazing quality of care with my daughter as she has transitioned up to the bigger kid's room!! They have provided me with constant updates, concerns and seeing her form strong connections with both Maddy and Louise has been so heartwarming to watch! I highly recommend cuddles!!!!!

I have a child in the toddler room and another child that’s just started in the baby room. All the staff are wonderful, they keep you informed on how your child was during the day as well as updates in the app. They take good care of the children and plan lots of fun activities for the children and even get the babies involved which is great. Our kids are very happy at Cuddles and we would recommend the centre!

We’re so pleased with the care at Cuddles. Jaika, the manager, is very kind and genuinely caring—we’ve seen how she spends time comforting and cuddling the little ones, which really shows her dedication. A big thank you to Kez and all the educators for being so welcoming, supportive, and attentive. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our daughter is cared for with so much love. Our younger one absolutely loves going to Cuddles—she’s always excited and even asks to go on weekends! 😊 Our elder daughter also attends vacation care and she is very happy too, which says a lot about the wonderful environment they provide. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a safe, caring, and nurturing place for their children.

I was terrified to do daycare with my first and only child but since she has been attending twice a week she has flourished and come leaps and bounds. If I ever have any questions or anything the staff are all so friendly and really accomodating I wouldn’t put my child anywhere else
