We’re so pleased with the care at Cuddles. Jaika, the manager, is very kind and genuinely caring—we’ve seen how she spends time comforting and cuddling the little ones, which really shows her dedication. A big thank you to Kez and all the educators for being so welcoming, supportive, and attentive. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our daughter is cared for with so much love. Our younger one absolutely loves going to Cuddles—she’s always excited and even asks to go on weekends! 😊 Our elder daughter also attends vacation care and she is very happy too, which says a lot about the wonderful environment they provide. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a safe, caring, and nurturing place for their children.

I was terrified to do daycare with my first and only child but since she has been attending twice a week she has flourished and come leaps and bounds. If I ever have any questions or anything the staff are all so friendly and really accomodating I wouldn’t put my child anywhere else

Our family has had such a wonderful experience at this centre. My twin daughters attend, and my partner is the Kindy Room Leader. Every single day, our girls come home happy and excited, chatting about their educators especially Louise, Jaika, and Jenn which really shows how much they feel cared for and supported. My partner recently returned to Cuddles after leaving her previous workplace, and the difference has been incredible. She comes home feeling valued, heard, and genuinely supported by the team. I couldn’t be happier with the move both for my daughters and for my partner. We truly feel like part of a caring and positive community.

So glad we swapped over to cuddles Byford! Little one loves going. We get real time daily routines logged and a daily post about their day and what they did. The kindy room staff are amazing and so caring. Highly recommend

I was a little bit nervous sending my little one to Kindergarten but the ladies at Cuddles in Byford have been amazing and so accommodating. My son still gets a little upset at drop offs but I know his in good hands and always enjoys his time there
