We are really disappointed with the fact the price has increased so many times in such a short period. There seems to be a trend to this as it occurs periodically. I voiced these concerns which was not met with a great deal of answers unfortunately.

Stepping stones para hills is a lovely and clean environment which my daughter loves going to! The staff are super lovely, I have had a particularly great experience everytime with Lauren. She is very considerate, friendly, helpful and gone above and beyond with any question or problem I have had

Just thought I would give credit where credit is due. the Para Hills team is phenomenal and that includes the director. the team is always helpful and willing to accommodate for my family when necessary. the centre is clean, organised and well presented. there is a real family feel as soon as you walk through the doors. the director and assistant director are quick to respond to any of our questions and are informative in their responses. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great childcare who care about the children. Special shout out to the Caterpillar room, you guys rock!

My child has been attending Para Hills since 5.5 months old and is now 3 years old, we absolutely love the Educators and the sense of community that it brings !

Absolutely ridiculous. My child hates going and has come home sick EVERY SINGLE TIME. When i called to cancel her enrollment they said 'sorry thats not how it works' when i explained that regardless of their criteria my daughter is ALWAYS sick from there ... they didnt understand. Apparently no decency or common sense. Its all about money. Rude.

Stepping stones is an amazing centre. The staff are all so friendly and loving towards my son. They treat the kids like family, the centre is always so clean. My son loves all the outside activities they do and keep him entertained all day. The centre always smells off amazing cooking too. I love the fact I get pictures of what he is up to almost everyday and they never mind how many times a day I call to see how he is going, they are always happy to answer any of my questions. My son absolutely loves them all, and is very happy to get so many cuddles all day long ❤️

Stepping Stone Para Hills is absolutely amazing! My second child attends here and so did my first. My first child had an amazing experience with stepping stone and that reassured me it would be the right fit for my second child. The staff here are lovely, they are very personable. They have a genuine care for each and every child in their care. The options for the children to explore and use their imagination are endless. They also have guided activities. Painting, drawing, making etc. The new upgraded outdoor area is amazing! They also have a vegetable garden which the kids help take care of and then they have the option of taking the vegetables home when they're ready. I would highly recommend you give them a go you won't be disappointed.

We currently have 2 children in care and highly recommend this centre. The staff are friendly and welcoming upon entry and this continues throughout each room. The educators care for our children as if they were their own, engage with them extremely well and we receive very detailed information on each child's day upon pick up. Managment and staff are extremely helpful with all the enquires we have had, and action in an efficient timely manner. Highly recommended.
