I couldn’t be happier with Little Explorers Academy. The service is truly outstanding, and the staff are amazing with the children—so caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in their development and happiness. The recent playground renovations are fantastic and really show the centre’s commitment to creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for the kids. It’s wonderful to see such continuous improvement. Highly recommend to any family looking for a supportive and high-quality childcare service!

We recently had the opportunity to carry out building works for LEA and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their team, especially Jessica the director demonstrated strong commitment to safety at every stage, maintaining a well-organised and secure environment all the children, Clear communication, structured procedures, and attention to detail made a big difference throughout the project. Making all our our trades complete a working with children’s check prior to being allowed onsite and works in the operational centre having to be done on weekends and after hours to ensure no chance of danger to any staff or children showed a level of care not many people and company’s have. It’s clear they genuinely care about creating a safe, high-quality environment for the children in the centre. We’d be more than happy to work with them again in the future.

We’ve been part of this daycare since my little one was just 4 months old, and now at 2 years old, I can honestly say our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The educators are incredibly caring, patient, and supportive—even on those tougher days when my little one is feeling a bit mischievous! It’s so reassuring to know he’s in such a nurturing environment where he’s understood and encouraged every step of the way. I’ve seen such beautiful growth and development in him during our time here, which is a true reflection of the dedication and hard work of the staff. The support from management has also been fantastic, always approachable and genuinely invested in the children and families. We’re also so grateful for the friendships he’s made along the way—it’s been so special to watch those bonds grow. I couldn’t recommend this centre more highly. If you're looking for a center that is all about education, fun, making sure the children are safe and learning LOOK NO FURTHER! LEA has gone above and beyond over the last 12 months for my little boy and still continue too. From the incredible management in reception to the Dingo educators there isn't 1 person I cannot speak highly of. The love they show the children to ensure that they are doing their best, reaching for the stars and making sure the environment is filled with happiness never goes unnoticed. Thank you so much Jess and the team for continuing to support 'B' in his development and allowing us to be comfortable and knowing that we made the best decision with enrolling him at LEA.

Update: my son was bitten again for the seventh time with no intervention, stay away from this centre! Formal complaint to the comission issued. Disappointed in my experience here as this centre is highly regarded. Addressed multiple concerns to the teachers, it then got escalated as the situation wasn’t fixed, to then be told that kids copy each other and that’s why the biting was happening. I’m sorry but to me that’s unacceptable, I hope that they learn from this experience and learn how to deal with difficult situations. It seemed like the care factor here is very little

We had the best experience at LEA for last 3 years. My daughter attended centre for 3+ years and we absolutely never had any issues. Management is kind and teachers are amazing. My daughter and as a parent always felt safe and secure at LEA premises. Thank you LEA for your help with my daughter’s outstanding development.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this centre. I observed unprofessional behaviour from a member of management, including inappropriate conduct around external workers on site and a disrespectful attitude towards staff who were simply doing their jobs. This created a tense and uncomfortable environment that is unacceptable. I sincerely hope the centre takes this feedback seriously and addresses these professional standards moving forward.

I can’t say enough great things about LEA Childcare. As a mother of five, all of whom attended different childcare centres, LEA stands out above the rest. The staff are genuine, warm-hearted people who truly have the right characteristics to work with children. They make the environment feel like a home away from home, where every child is valued and supported. The centre is beautiful, and the toys and resources are constantly replenished. They celebrate special events, and what’s even more impressive is how much they respect and embrace different cultures and beliefs. The sense of community is incredible—parents chat and support each other during drop-offs and pick-ups, and it feels like one big family. My son has made great friends, and I love the monthly reports I receive outlining his development, the activities they’re focusing on, and observations of his progress. We briefly had our son at a well-known, more expensive, local centre, and the difference was night and day. The staff there always looked miserable, no handover discussions, were short with the children, and there was no focus on learning or outcomes. LEA, on the other hand, is completely focused on the children’s development and well-being, with staff who clearly enjoy what they do. If you’re looking for a childcare centre that values community, fosters meaningful outcomes, and genuinely cares for the children, LEA is by far the best choice!

As a first time mum I was very scared to leave my little man with complete strangers but LEA has been amazing with him and myself, he was just 4 months old when he started and with the help of educators he has come so far already. Cannot wait for the future with LEA
