Here at Little Connections Family Day Care we focus our day around those special connections, with each other, nature, our world and community.
We have a dedicated play space which is ever evolving to suit the needs and interests of the little people in care, we have a large outdoor space with free access from our indoor area.

Philosophy
I strongly believe play is a context for learning that allows children to explore their personalities, curiosity, connections, relationships, and how things work. Children will have ample time for play.
Children in my care will be respected, trusted, believed in, encouraged, supported, understood and loved. They will be treated in a way that reflects this.
I am committed to creating and maintaining safe, healthy environments, spaces and places. My play areas will grow with the children’s interests and ideas. They will promote growth, feel like home and allow for endless learning and play opportunities.
Our play and play spaces will enhance children’s learning, development, engagement, initiative, self-worth, dignity and show respect for children’s contributions. We will incorporate sustainability by using play objects made to last, from nature, recycled or homemade. Toys and play things will spark imagination.
Children will be encouraged to grow at their own pace, take calculated risks, try new things, say no, rest and play.
