My daughter has been going here for a year now and genuinely loves it—she’s always excited to see Lisa, Amy, Christine, Matilda, Reem, Sotheany, Suzanne, and Chef Sachi. The team creates such a warm and welcoming environment, and it really shows in how happy the kids are. The centre is always clean, organised, and clearly well cared for, which gives me real peace of mind as a parent. I’d happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a supportive, trustworthy, and nurturing environment for their child.

I visited Kool Kidz Greenvale for a tour and had the chance to meet Lisa’s assistant, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. She was quite rude from the beginning—first, she seemed reluctant to give me the tour, and throughout, after almost every sentence, she would ask, “What else do you want to know?” She also kept mentioning that she had been working there for years, yet her behavior showed she didn’t really know how to conduct a proper tour. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome, as though she didn’t want my child to join the center. On top of that, the looks she was giving me felt very odd and uncomfortable. The only reason why i didn’t get my child enrolled there, else everything else was good.

Recently moved our child over from a different day care and couldn’t be happier with Kool Kidz Greenvale. The staff have been lovely and welcoming from the get go and addressing any concerns we had. The security and safety procedures in place are nothing but exceptional making us feel extremely comfortable. Upon pick up and drop off we notice the staff going above and beyond with the kids and they are always hands on and involved with the various activities. We are so grateful for Jolene and the rest of the staff.

I’m grateful that I gave this daycare a go. My kids come back home happy, full of energy & arenot fighting me not to go in the morning as my oldest did in previous daycares. The staff & Joe have made me feel more confident & comfortable to be able to get back into work & trust that my kids are in good hands.

Jo has been fantastic since we started communications about my son and his attendance with Kool Kidz. We had a 2 day orientation for him which went wonderfully. We were well taken care of in the parent waiting room during his orientation and give regular updates. The facility is immaculate and very welcoming.

I had a tour at Kool Kidz Greenvale for 3 year old kinder and I was very impressed. The Centre is clean, the educators greeted me and introduced themselves which I found very lovely and professional. They offer music, sports, cooking, earth room, library, incursions/excursions and lots more. There are security cameras everywhere and photo recognition sensors to get in the Centre. I have done a lot of research as my daughter doesn’t attend child care yet and I’m highly considering sending my daughter here for Kinder hoping that she gets in.

I was very hesitant to Enrol my son into any kinda so I kept putting it off. When he was about to turn 3 I decided it was time. My husband and I visited at least 5 different childcare centers around us, and Kool kidz stood out by a mile! The facilities are top notch, the staff are so caring and professional, and the facility manager Jo took so much time to talk to my husband and I and get to know my son so that the transition was as smooth as possible! He wakes up every morning asking if he is going kinda today which is a true testimony for how much he is loving the experience, which as a parent is everything! Thank you to the whole team at Kool Kidz Greenvale!

My son visits Kool kids 4 days a week and we are very happy with the services that we as a parent get from the centre and the child is well looked after. He had speech delays and to comply with that the centre had provided unconditional support to him. From non verbal he has picked up words and expressions with kind efforts of the staff. He is in kinder now and we cannot thank enough to the staff and management of Kool kids Greenvale for all the patience and compassion that they have showed in last few years. Especial thanks to the Director Joe Educator Bee, Sangeetha and Matilda for their unconditional support. Definately a place to send your child if you are looking for a healthy environment for your child. Very much recommended.
