We are very grateful to the whole team at Happy Sprouts Greenvale for the care, support and kindness they showed our daughter Katherine over the past couple of years. From the very beginning, the educators and staff made her feel safe, happy and excited to attend every day. She built great friendships with both the teachers and the other children, and that says a lot about the positive and welcoming environment they create there. As parents, one of the best feelings was seeing how much she genuinely loved going to childcare every morning. The team helped give Katherine a fantastic start before school, not only with learning but also with confidence, social skills and independence. The centre is always friendly, caring and professional, and you can see they truly care about the children and families. We recently moved to South Australia, otherwise we would have happily kept Katherine there until the very end. We will always appreciate everything the team has done for our family. I highly recommend Happy Sprouts Greenvale to any parents looking for a caring, supportive and high-quality early learning centre for their children.

My little one loves her time here. The activities are engaging and fun, making learning an enjoyable experience. All educators are wonderful & caring. Heartfelt thanks to Beck, Katharine, Shivani, Shamali & Sachi - the awesome chef the kids have. Every afternoon when we pick her up, she looks so happy and it's clear that she has had a great day. Special shout out to Lisa for doing a sensational job & being versatile. We’re really grateful to the educators and thanks for such a warm & enjoyable service for the kids!

We couldn’t be happier with this childcare centre. The educators are caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development. The environment is always clean, welcoming, and full of engaging activities that help the kids learn and grow with confidence. The communication with families is excellent, and it gives us peace of mind knowing our child is in such safe and supportive hands every day. my son started at happy sprouts since he was 4ish months old. i was very hesitant about daycare in general but i needed to work. happy sprouts reassure your child’s safety as well as the parents peace of mind. my child has never had an incident and he is 9 months now. honestly nothing bad to say. i’ve had to take him out only due to moving an hour away and im so sad about it. my son at his age already has friends and does creative activities almost every day he’s there. they send you constant updates as well as photos which is amazing and puts your mind at ease while you’re away from your child. huge thank you to lisa as well as christie and the rest of the team for all they’ve done for my son. highly reccomend this childcare !!

My daughter has been going here for a year now and genuinely loves it—she’s always excited to see Lisa, Amy, Christine, Matilda, Reem, Sotheany, Suzanne, and Chef Sachi. The team creates such a warm and welcoming environment, and it really shows in how happy the kids are. The centre is always clean, organised, and clearly well cared for, which gives me real peace of mind as a parent. I’d happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a supportive, trustworthy, and nurturing environment for their child.

I visited Kool Kidz Greenvale for a tour and had the chance to meet Lisa’s assistant, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. She was quite rude from the beginning—first, she seemed reluctant to give me the tour, and throughout, after almost every sentence, she would ask, “What else do you want to know?” She also kept mentioning that she had been working there for years, yet her behavior showed she didn’t really know how to conduct a proper tour. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome, as though she didn’t want my child to join the center. On top of that, the looks she was giving me felt very odd and uncomfortable. The only reason why i didn’t get my child enrolled there, else everything else was good.

Recently moved our child over from a different day care and couldn’t be happier with Kool Kidz Greenvale. The staff have been lovely and welcoming from the get go and addressing any concerns we had. The security and safety procedures in place are nothing but exceptional making us feel extremely comfortable. Upon pick up and drop off we notice the staff going above and beyond with the kids and they are always hands on and involved with the various activities. We are so grateful for Jolene and the rest of the staff.

I’m grateful that I gave this daycare a go. My kids come back home happy, full of energy & arenot fighting me not to go in the morning as my oldest did in previous daycares. The staff & Joe have made me feel more confident & comfortable to be able to get back into work & trust that my kids are in good hands.
