I’m super grateful to the educators and especially the principal for helping my child adapt to new environment. He is the first child... I’m super grateful to the educators and especially the principal for helping my child adapt to new environment. He is the first child in both sides and for Asian family, of course his grand parents were nervous about their first grandson is going to childcare. The educators have put up with our strange initial requests with respect and patience. After 5 months at childcare, my son has stopped crying at drop off and pick up. He eats a lot at childcare and sleep twice a day. He adores all his educators and friends and he is so much more confident, resilient and discipline than when he first started 🙏 The staffs and principal have good and constant communication to our family, they always tell us how his day been, what new skills he has achieved , celebrate the good news with us and what goals we have for his future development. The principal is one of the reasons when sent our child to Hei school, from the first time we went to unexpected tour, the principal has been warm, respectful, welcoming and attentive to our child as well as our family needs. From day one, the staff has been warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring that my daughter feels safe and loved while I’m away. The activities are well-planned, educational, and engaging, and I’ve seen so much growth in her both socially and cognitively. Communication with the team is always clear and consistent, which gives me peace of mind knowing she’s in great hands. I truly feel like she is not only cared for but also thriving in this nurturing environment. I have been very pleased with Hei Schools Dandenong North. I have seen my children( 2 and 4 years old) learn and grow... I have been very pleased with Hei Schools Dandenong North. I have seen my children( 2 and 4 years old) learn and grow since attending the centre in 2022. The Educators have built genuine connections with my children who are so excited to attend care and tell me their fun/ activities they experienced on the day at the centre. The facility, especially their outdoor space is nice and safe for children to learn and explore. The meals are nutritious, carefully prepared by Master Chef Amanda every day, and the Menu is also reviewed and updated every week the App. The Admin and Management team are always kind, supportive and friendly. When I need their advice and help, they always make themselves available and try to accommodate my request as possible. From my experience, I highly recommend Hei Schools Dandenong North :) Read more
