We’ve really enjoyed our experience at Story House Dandenong North. From the moment we joined, we’ve felt welcomed and comfortable, and it’s been lovely getting to know the educators and the wider team.

What stands out to us is how genuinely caring the educators are. They take the time to understand the children, their personalities and interests, and you can see that reflected in the way they interact with them each day. There are lots of opportunities for the children to learn through play, explore new things and build their confidence.

We also really appreciate the sense of community at the centre and the way different cultures and backgrounds are embraced. It feels like a place where families are welcomed and included.

We’re very happy with our experience at Story House Dandenong North and would definitely recommend it to other families looking for a caring and welcoming early learning centre. ❤️

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Story House Early Learning Dandenong North. ❤️

The educators have been so lovely with him and I really feel like they genuinely care about him as a little person, not just as another child in the room. They take the time to get to know him, understand his personality and make him feel safe and included.

I also really appreciate how welcoming and approachable everyone is. I never feel like I’m bothering anyone when I have a question or want to chat about how Nixon’s day has been.

It’s such a good feeling being able to drop your child off and know they’re happy, loved and well looked after. Nixon has already made some lovely connections there and I’m really happy we found Story House. ❤️

Thank you to all the educators and staff for making the transition so easy for both of us!

Story House Early Learning Dandenong North stands out as a welcoming and professional early learning centre where children are encouraged to thrive in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. 100% recommended, the educators and management are so friendly

I’m super grateful to the educators and especially the principal for helping my child adapt to new environment. He is the first child in both sides and for Asian family, of course his grand parents were nervous about their first grandson is going to childcare. The educators have put up with our strange initial requests with respect and patience. After 5 months at childcare, my son has stopped crying at drop off and pick up. He eats a lot at childcare and sleep twice a day. He adores all his educators and friends and he is so much more confident, resilient and discipline than when he first started 🙏 The staffs and principal have good and constant communication to our family, they always tell us how his day been, what new skills he has achieved , celebrate the good news with us and what goals we have for his future development. The principal is one of the reasons when sent our child to Hei school, from the first time we went to unexpected tour, the principal has been warm, respectful, welcoming and attentive to our child as well as our family needs. Her teaching philosophy and Finnish philosophy are aligned with us.
