Seeds Montessori has been fantastic with the care of my two children. I myself am an employee at the centre and I never have to feel like I can’t enjoy my day within the centre. My children feel safe, secure and supported. Management have also been super supportive for absences as my children have been unwell and frequently check in during their absences, ensuring that I myself am okay. My children have formed deep connections with their educators and they’re so generally caring, nothing goes unnoticed and everything I say they take on board and my feedback. As a mum of two and being in the industry for 14 years, this is the most relaxed and carefree i have felt especially with two boys. I never have to feel like I can’t approach management, but.. I’ve never had too! The wattle room, I can’t thank them enough!! As a parent, I highly recommend this place for quality care, always going above and beyond for the duty of care for all the children. Seeds Montessori are always closely reflecting areas of the QIP ensuring the highest quality care for all the children.

I am absolutely exhausted and disappointed by the administration at this centre. The educators were genuinely caring, but the admin team — especially Chloe — has caused me more stress than any childcare ever should. What should have been a simple process turned into weeks of frustration, incorrect billing, wrong attendance entries, Centrelink problems, and endless chasing up on my part. I trusted them with something as important as my child’s records, and they still managed to repeatedly enter the WRONG last day — even after confirming the correct date in writing. Because of their mistakes, I was charged after my child had already left. I had to fight for a refund, open a bank dispute, stop direct debits, contact Centrelink, and keep sending reminders just to fix something THEY messed up. There was no proper apology, no urgency, no accountability — nothing. The emotional toll of constantly correcting THEIR errors while caring for my family and working is something no parent should ever have to go through. The educators deserve praise, but the admin team is honestly the most careless, disorganised, and unprofessional group I have ever encountered in a childcare setting. Parents rely on accurate records for CCS and billing — their mistakes directly impact families financially. Yet the attitude felt dismissive and indifferent. I will never recommend Seeds Montessori to anyone unless they completely overhaul their administration. No parent should have to fight this hard to correct mistakes that should never have happened in the first place.

The Staff at Seeds Montessori have been amazing in their care of my daughter. The educators have always gone above and beyond in helping her to learn and grow. The admin staff are always friendly and accommodating of our requests e.g. casual days. I wouldn’t want my daughter to be going anywhere else, highly recommended.

Staff at Seeds Montessori Mawson Lakes are very caring and friendly. My child feels very safe there.

We enrolled my daughter at Seeds just after her first birthday and it is the best decision we made. She has flown in her development and absolutely loves all her educators! They are so responsive to her needs and interests using these to foster opportunities to learn. They noticed her readiness to move into the next age group ahead of her “aging up” and offered her the chance to trial transitioning early - this has seen my daughter go from strength to strength. I cannot speak highly enough of how Seeds go above and beyond to offer education, care, and a village around the child, for every child.

Seeds Montessori is the first centre i’ve trusted to look after my daughter and they’ve done the greatest job. They’re informative, kind and compassionate. The app they use is great to track my girl throughout the day and the recount of the day is the best, my daughter loves telling me what she was doing in her photos. 10/10 recommend

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this childcare. From the beginning, I felt that we were not treated with the respect and understanding that every family deserves. When I raised concerns, instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, the response was defensive—and at times, the blame was unfairly placed on my child. That was incredibly disheartening. Even more troubling was the sense that we were treated differently, possibly because of our cultural background. No parent should be made to feel like an outsider when seeking support or raising valid concerns about their child’s care. To be fair, the educators and day-to-day staff are wonderful—kind, attentive, and caring. My issue lies specifically with the management, especially the front desk/reception personnel. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to communicate openly left us feeling unheard and deeply disappointed. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reflects on how they interact with all families, regardless of background. Every child and parent deserves to feel welcomed, respected, and supported.

I am going to enroll my little one, but during inquiry, I called and asked about the minimum number of days required to book. The lady said no minimum days are required to book; the child's attendance on a given day would be charged. My husband and I went for a tour then after; I again confirmed the minimum days for permanent booking. The lady again said no minimum days were required to book. After the tour, she gave us an enrollment kit. The first page mentions a $120 registration fee, but she said this fee would be waived. However, when my husband submitted the enrollment kit today, the lady said we have to book one day permanently and pay the $120 registration fee. I am very disappointed and nervous about the services they will provide in starting stage . I thought they agreed to everything to secure enrollment, but ultimately, they revealed their true nature.

Iam so happy that we picked Seeds Montessori for our daughter. She goes there once a week and so far loves it ! The place is so nice and clean , very welcoming and the teachers are so lovely thankyou for looking after our and everyone kids !

Seeds Mawson lakes have been great with my 3yo daughter that has never been to a daycare centre. The team at Seeds are trustworthy that follows specific requests to assist my daughter making it an enjoyable, learning and safe experience. Eliza is a god send that is excellent in every aspect from comforting to teaching. An excellent team manager. Highly recommend.
