From the very first day, we felt completely welcomed and supported as first-time parents. Every single staff member greets us and our daughter by name, which speaks volumes about the personal care and attention they provide. The centre itself is beautiful, open, bright, and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor spaces are amazing and give the children so many opportunities to explore and play. Communication from the team is always so good, and the food provided is nutritious and delicious! We have had the take away dinner meals which are so tasty and convenient! What stands out most is the genuine care and kindness shown to both our daughter and us. We feel such a sense of ease walking through the doors, knowing she is not only safe but also thriving and having wonderful experiences. The entire Wise Kids team should be so proud of the nurturing, fun, and supportive community they’ve created. Thank you for everything! Read more

Our daughter has been at Wise since it first opened and as first time users of childcare, we were immediately put at ease knowing our daughter was in a safe and secure environment and would receive the care we could only hope for. All the educators have been amazing and so attentive to our daughter’s needs and are great with communicating with us. I have a child in kinder, and one in the baby room, and they are both thriving! My 4 year old comes home every day telling stories of awesome things he's been up to, and my 2 year old is developing at an incredible rate thanks to the staff to who help to shape their education and development. Not only are my kids in the best place possible, the staff have been incredible at sharing resources and checking in with myself who has had a very rough postpartum with my 2nd. They genuinely care about me as a person, as well as my kids, and it never feels like a business. It feels like extended family. I could not speak more highly of this centre, and I'm so lucky to be part of the Wise Kids community. Read more

The excursions are educational and bring the children such joy. The staff are very understanding and helpful, accommodating to each families needs. Our son has attended Wise Kids since it opened in 2023 and we have been so impressed with all aspects of their care.... Our son has attended Wise Kids since it opened in 2023 and we have been so impressed with all aspects of their care. The communication with parents is excellent. The facilities are great and continue to get better all of the time. The kinder program has also been exceptional, with regular incursions and excursions exposing our child to various new experiences and learning opportunities (STEM, Auslan, music class, cooking, etc.) The staff all seem to genuinely care, and they have been adaptable to my child and his needs. I'm hoping to be able to send my next child to Wise Kids as their consistent desire to improve and evolve continues to impress me. Read more
