We have had two children start at Children's Village Northmead over 2025 and 2026. We have seen our daughter who eas previously shy and introverted at her previous day care thrive and become more confident, finding friends and did not cry at drop off. My son is nurtured so well and when I had reported that he may have possibly been injured at day care they were on it straight away, questioning staff and investigating for me. Since then they have endeavoured to report anything even slightly small as they know how important this is. We appreciate all of the care that the staff put into nurturing the children and find they have time to chat to us at the start and end of the day which is so valuable.

When we began looking for daycare for our six-month-old, we were, to say the least, very stressed. We could not be more grateful to have found CVN as our daughter’s first daycare centre! The director and the centre manager made every effort to ease our concerns and patiently answered our countless questions. The staff are incredibly warm, genuinely caring, and very diligent.

Our daughter is now ten months old and looks forward to going to the center every day; we have even seen her leap into her educators' arms! We are truly grateful for the experience we have had at CVN so far. I would highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a quality facility for their precious little ones.

We’re so grateful for the wonderful care and love the team gives to the kids. It’s been so lovely seeing how much our kid had grown and progressed since starting preschool. The centre has created a warm, nurturing environment where he feels happy, confident, and supported. We truly appreciate you all!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Children’s Village Northmead, and we couldn’t be prouder of how far our daughter has come since she first started here as a baby and is now a confident, happy preschooler. Seeing her grow, learn and develop through each stage of her early years has been incredibly special for us.

The level of care, education and attention given to the children has been exceptional from day one. This is especially important to us as our daughter has anaphylaxis to a number of foods. We have been incredibly impressed with the centre’s attention to her health and safety, their awareness of her allergies and the care taken to keep her safe while ensuring she is still included in everyday activities. It gives us great peace of mind knowing she is in such capable and caring hands.

Ruchi and Selina are fantastic educators, as are Sussanah and the entire team who support the children. Their dedication, warmth and genuine care really make a difference.

We especially love the frequent Munch & Move activities, which are fun, engaging and encourage healthy habits. We also loved the bake sale fundraiser, where the children were actively involved and learned about teamwork, participation and giving back. It was wonderful to see them raise well beyond their goal!

The OWNA app is another thing we really appreciate. It’s so convenient for us as parents to stay updated with our daughter’s daily activities, meals, learning experiences, photos and important updates all in one place.

We couldn’t be happier with the journey we’ve had with Children’s Village Northmead, from when our daughter was a baby right through to her preschool years. We are so proud of the little person she has become and incredibly grateful to the whole team for being part of her journey. Thank you to everyone at Children’s Village for providing such a safe, nurturing, engaging and caring environment where our daughter genuinely loves coming each day. ❤️
