The signage is bright and apparent from the road. The lady I saw walking past was welcoming, as was the space itself. Can't comment on the facilities, as I did not enter to enquire. If the building and the attitude of the staff are anything to go by, the service will be five star.

Judy the manager is always helpful and friendly. That’s where it stops, staff are rude, never engage when picking up your child. Half the time they don’t know where he is, one day I had to walk around for 5mins looking for him, turns out he was asleep on the couch and no one knew. I have been judged, belittled and ignored by staff who are under qualified, under enthusiastic and just plain rude. I don’t personally recommend sending your child here and walking away feeling like they are safe .
