Our daughter has been attending Kozy Kids at Golden Grove since the beginning of 2022. She has had countless fun and creative experiences with all the educators and along her journey with Kozy Kids made loads of friends. We often receive photo updates through the app showing and describe what new activities the kids have been learning about or working on. All the educators, reception staff, kitchen staff and management (both previous and current) have always been very welcoming of myself, my husband, and our emergency contacts but most importantly, of our daughter. Words can't describe how much she has enjoyed all her time with Kozy Kids and they have certainly helped prepare her for her journeys ahead. When people ask me where I send our daughter for daycare I'm proud to say Kozy Kids and can't express anything but positive feedback about them. I'm taking this opportunity to thank them for all their encouragement and dedication to not just my daughter but to all the other children and families who attend the center. It will certainly be a sad day when my daughter finishes up her time with Kozy Kids and progresses to Primary School. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO KOZY KIDS TEAM!!!!!

The best child care centre in the North East!! Friendly caring staff, very positive experience

Appalling communication from all staff on first day of my child starting – and all subsequent follow up conversations since. My child, who is generally very happy and easy to distract (if upset), apparently was beside himself all day in their care. The centre didn’t think to contact either my wife or I to ask if this was normal behaviour or give the option to collect him at any point during the day – something we easily could have managed. At pick-up time the staff simply said he was a bit teary, and no photos were uploaded for us to view. It took 3 days for the centre to highlight that he had not had a good day hence the reason for no photos. As a parent who puts their trust in a childcare centre to have the best interests at heart for their child, it wasn’t so much that my child was upset all day, but the lack of communication that this had occurred and options or suggestions on how we could all work to remedy this. We expected childcare to work with us, the parents, for the benefit of our child. We have heard subsequently that this childcare centre had a change of management at the end of 2024, after we had toured then enrolled our child. This change is not in our experience to the benefit of the children or families attending this centre. We have promptly moved our child to another centre (where he is thriving).

Kozy kids has looked after my son for 4 and a half years and if I had to choose all over again, I'd go with them. I adore all the staff, all the staff love the children. I've never had a problem and I'd honestly give them 10 stars if I could.

One child completed his childcare here and the second lad is halfway through. Friendly and competent workers and management who aim to please and look after your child well. They are the best thing for your kids to get a head start in life as their activities during the day push the child's learning and development skills
