I honestly can’t fault this daycare. Our child has been attending for just over a month now and is absolutely thriving. The team is incredibly supportive and truly goes above and beyond in every aspect of care. They take great pride in supporting important developmental milestones, such as speech and toilet training, and it really shows. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels warm and welcoming. Every staff member we’ve encountered has been kind, caring, and genuinely invested in each child’s wellbeing. It’s such a comfort knowing our child is in safe, capable hands. Thank you for everything you do, we’re so grateful to have found you.

We have been attending the centre since the end of last year and our boys love it. They have made good friends and encouraged smooth transitions everyday and the staff are helpful and supportive.

We have been at this centre for nearly a year now, and the staff have all been so welcoming and supportive. They are all more then happy to have a chat and fully engage with my child and my other children whom attend primary school. Upon first glance of the centre it gives that warm feeling of this is the one! Hannah did our tour and walk through and was more than accomodating with any questions or worries we had and covered all areas of the centre. As soon as you walk through the doors there is a warm and welcoming space. Always greeted upon arrival and feel so welcomed. The educators are amazing and the spaces that are set up for the day makes the kids want to engage.

My kid’s have been attending for over 7 months now and we couldn’t be happier with our experience at the centre. The educators are incredibly warm, nurturing, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. It’s clear they take the time to build relationships, which makes such a difference in how comfortable and confident the children feel. The centre itself is always clean, well organised, and thoughtfully set up with engaging activities. The food they provide looks absolutely amazing. I wish I could eat there every day! Communication with families is also fantastic. We’re kept up to date with regular photos, updates, and feedback about our child’s progress. Honestly, seeing the photos from the day’s activities truly makes my day. It’s so nice to get that little glimpse into what they’ve been learning and enjoying. Thanks Team!

horrible staff, some very kind most horrible.

Over the past 6 month this centre has changed drastically the hygiene has improved, The new staff are amazing and always happy to greet the Parents, caregivers and children. Issues are always resolved in a timely manner and all the children just seem really happy. That’s how you know a Centre is a place where you want to leave your children, you look at all the other children and how they are enjoying themselves and that tells you a lot. 6 month ago I wouldn’t have been putting my new son into this centre but this is now somewhere I would highly recommend other parents who are looking for childcare to go check it out!! Amazing work to the staff and management at Glass House M early education!!
