The facility is clean, safe, and well-equipped, providing a stimulating environment for learning and play. We couldn't be happier with the care and attention our children receive every day. Our children have thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the garden and looking after the chickens!

My children have been attending Goodstart Early Learning Prospect Vale for three wonderful years, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team at Goodstart is truly amazing; they go above and beyond to ensure my children feel safe and supported every day. After having had a poor experience at another child care centre in Launceston, we made the decision to change to Good Start Prospect. Immediately it was a totally different experience. Our daughter LOVES going to care here and is always talking about her educators and friends, which shows she is comfortable and happy in her environment. We are so pleased we made the change!

The team at good start Prospect Vale have always had our sons best interests and quality care considered he’s been attending since 11 months old . From ensuring his separation anxiety needs are able to be met by us upon harder drops offs and allowing us to stay and ensure he is happy and calm and ready to take on the day. Communication is paramount we are always updated. Our perspective on his care and needs is highly considered being his main care providers alongside the quality care they deliver and in their day to day approach Collaborating together. Clean, well presented Centre. We’ve had some truly lovely educators our son thrived last year under the fantastic care and guidance of his educators.

Both my sons have attended this centre since they were babies and both enjoy the range of activities on offer. Love the separate rooms for different ages. My eldest really enjoyed the nature program so hopefully that can start up again one day. Communication is good and I feel safe to leave them there.

My daughters have been attending Good Start Prospect Vale for almost 18 months now. They absolutely love it! The centre has a lovely, warm and inviting atmosphere and everyday there are great activities or experiences planned. Our regular catch-ups with their key educators are informing and reassuring. The general care and communications from the entire team are also exemplary and appreciated. We feel so lucky to have been able to secure a place and are so grateful to the team at Goodstart Prospect Vale!

All of my children have been cared for at Goodstart Prospect vale since they were 8 months old. The team are so supportive and welcoming. Nothing is ever an issue and my children are excited for their days at care.
