Amazing centre! All my kids attend here, only service they’ve ALL settled at! My kiddies love being outside, this yard has REAL grass, plants, trees and rocks! The things my kids talk about on the way home include the educators, food, and swings. Kylie, Simone and Damien greet us by name EVERY-TIME we come into the service, the previous service didn’t look up from the desk. My kiddies and I can’t wait for our kinder and daycare days.

This childcare centre is unsafe and should never have passed any safety standards. The design of the service is completely unsuitable for babies and children who are not yet walking. The play yard is dangerous, my child’s foot got stuck between rocks, more then once and little ones cannot even access the full yard. An educator admitted they cannot properly supervise all children because of the fencing layout. Even more concerning, staff told me they have raised safety concerns but were told by management to “stop whinging.” That is shocking and unacceptable. To make matters worse, casual educators often don’t even know who my child is, showing a clear lack of consistency and care. This service is poor quality, unsafe, and fails its basic duty of care to children. Parents deserve better than this, and I hope authorities take notice.

We’ve been part of the service since opening. Kylie, Simone & Damien are wonderful, it feels like an extension of our family walking into the service. Kylie and Damien go out of their way to make sure my girls are settled and happy. All the educators know and support my girls.Thank-you for supporting us.
