A well-maintained early learning centre with a welcoming and positive atmosphere. The educators are professional, attentive, and supportive, creating an environment where children feel safe and engaged. The centre appears well organised, with thoughtful planning and a strong focus on respectful interactions. Overall, a positive experience and a centre I would recommend to local families.

I have moved my two boys over from another edge early learning and am so pleased with the care from this centre. All the staff are lovely and so welcoming, and my children are so much more content and settled.

I’ve just recently moved my two girls to Merlot Road from a different centre due to a lack of care. Sharon and the entire team have taken their time listened and acknowledged our concerns relocating our girls and have gone above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth transition and that my daughters health and dietary requirements would be taken seriously. I’m beyond grateful for their commitment and dedication to taking care of our children, I can go to work comfortably knowing they’re in safe hands. For the first time in four years my daughter is coming home and telling me about everything she’s learnt daily, teaching me songs and talking about her new friends. Just in a few short weeks, incredible improvement in every aspect. Thankyou so much to the team at Edge Merlot Road 🙏

My son started here this year, its only early but we can already tell the complete difference in him. He's really enjoying going to "my new kindy" and always comes home with story's about his day. The staff here have had to deal with a bit too much drama due to our circumstances but they have handled it as professionally as you could ask of them. Sharon in the office is great and always willing to lend a hand and have a chat. Our boy generally sees Keisha in his room and definitely likes her and enjoys being in the room with her. In the afternoons when we pick him up one of the staff are quick to come and tell us what hes eaten and done for the whole day. I couldnt recommend this Kindy more and I wish he was here in the years before now as hes going to school next year but hes here now.

My son attended the centre in 2024. He was dismissed from care in December which made it hard for myself to find care at short notice. I had no communication or correspondence regarding as to why he was dismissed, so it was a shock to not be able to send him into care. The lack of communication and correspondence continues with other issues such as, I was not made aware of when he was to move to another room. So when I came to pick him up he was in a completely new room with all new staff who I was not familiar with. I have found grazes and cuts on my son which was not reported to me upon pick up no incident report was made. I feel that other Edge Centres are more professional in handling issues.

Sharon and the incredible staff here helped me and my daughters through our transition into a new daycare. It was hard for the girls to adjust as we were moving houses and they were so attached to their past educators. The staff at Edge were receptive to my suggestions, had great suggestions of their own and were very invested in my children’s wellbeing. I could not be more impressed with their communication and dedication. I’m so grateful and I feel lucky as a parent to have my girls at Edge Merlot Road! My girls have fully adjusted now, they cannot wait for their Edge days throughout the week.

Love the staff, its a beautiful childcare, love taking my kids there, staff always have a big run down of their day ❤️

Great new centre, staff are accomodating and reasonable. Our boys have made great friends in their rooms too.
