Absolutely fantastic. Put my son in and was instantly met with kindness and understanding. Greeted by name upon arrival for both me and my son and made to feel comfortable in an extended orientation as that was what I was comfortable. On my second visit was greeted by my son shouting “yay friends” before we’d even pulled up out front.

We couldn’t be happier with Bright Beginnings Wangaratta. The staff are incredibly welcoming and always take the time to chat about my son each morning to see how he is. I love that staff take the time to keep us informed about all aspects of his day at pickup and via the app — from meals and activities to milestones and moods — it gives us real peace of mind. The centre has such a fun, nurturing, and welcoming environment, and it’s clear that all the staff genuinely know our family, not just our child’s name. It feels personal, supportive, and professional all at once. We are grateful to have a childcare centre where our child feels safe, happy, and excited to attend each day.

We made the change over to BBLC with our baby when they opened and have been consistently impressed with the exceptional care provided by the centre and its wonderful educators. Our daughter has the best time in care, the educators work hard to build positive relationships with all the kids, providing a wide range of learning opportunities for the children through play and everyday activities. The communication from the educators using the app is a great peace of mind during the day being able to monitor my child's naps, meals and toileting, along with the weekly photo updates and keeping up to date with any centre announcements. Overall, we have had nothing but positive experiences over the past 6 months and look forward to our child's journey at BBLC. Thank you to the BBLC team!!

Fantastic place to send my now 7 month old. (He started at 4 months old) He has thrived here. The constant communication between staff and family is amazing. Always so friendly and helpful. Highly highly recommend

Amazing new centre, well presented staff that are friendly and approachable, food is always fresh and a hit with the kids & most of all they have so much fun with the games, outdoor play and sharing time. Highly recommend to any family!! Great job Bright Beginnings Wangaratta!

My child has been attending since their first day and is absolutely thriving!! The educators are so caring and really put their children first. Their practises and no educator alone policy really ensures the safety for my child and I am so pleased with my care and communication. Their communication platform is easy to use and informative and proud to be apart of their journey!

Ever since we have started here we have had such a positive experience. All the staff are so caring of the children and its the first place we have come where we feel our kids have actually been appreciated and cared about. Whenever there is an issue we are notified accordingly and nothing is to big an ask to keep routine. Keep up the amazing work !

My son is 18 months and was at another daycare where he never really settled. When we moved to Bright Beginnings Wangaratta, he settled in almost instantly. The educators are amazing. They are very warm with the children and their passion is evident each day. Entering in the toddler room and seeing a small group time with all children engaged and the eductors singing was fantastic. The young childrens outdoor area is amazing, with a slide and ball pit and water play accessible all day which my son loves. The educators are also very knowledgable about the development and adaptable with routines, and they encourage and follow the childs interests. My son has built strong relationships and is very happy to go to all educators, which is a credit to them and comforting for myself as I know he is being well looked after. This centre has such a positive, happy and caring vibe whenever you step into any room. As a mum who tried to stick with a familar daycare (that my other son went to for 5 years), I am very happy I made the move and highly recommend Bright Beginnings.

I have had my two children enrolled and attending this service for a number of months now, and the level of care has been nothing short of exceptional! We have been so impressed with the staff, the communication, the facility and the way it runs, how focused and attentive they are! We can’t recommend this centre higher!!! Brilliant!!!

The teachers are warm, attentive, and truly care about the children. My partner and i have seen so much growth since enrolling. We feel very lucky to be part of this daycare community and highly recommend it to other parents.
