Undercover parking which is great in wet weather or on hot days. Staff are helpful, friendly and children love them.

My daughter currently attends the centre, after being to different centres we have never felt more welcomed and comfortable. I am always confident the care she will receive will be outstanding with staff showing dedication and great communication I am constantly updated every afternoon and during the day on what she has been doing. We love going to care knowing it will be a safe environment while she is doing so many activities throughout the day.

Very nice and caring people in the classroom and reception.. always ready to help.. rooms are clean and well maintained and there is heaps of educational toys for the learning activities…my son there is having an amazing experience 😊

My child attended this daycare and to this day I still hold a lot of resentment towards the staff and how they discriminated against my ASD level 3 child my son attended the daycare for several years and in the end after the administration changed I was told on a Friday afternoon that my son would be unrolled as of the Monday if I did not provide a support worker to attend daycare with him in my opinion this was discrimination at the highest who honestly expects to have a support worker care for your child in a daycare sitting I should have served this place and had multiple offers from NDIS to take this further I absolutely regret not doing so as this caused a lot of hardship emotionally and set a chain of events in Motion that could not be reversed I had major fear allowing anyone to look after my child and scared of them discriminating against in my opinion I would never ever recommend anyone taking their child to this daycare. Lifetime could go by and the damage is irreversible what they did to my family.

Passionate and caring educators that genuinely love the kids and not just see them as a job. My boy loves the place and adores all his educators (some maybe more than he likes me!)

Staff and Admin are fantastic, We have a daughter that has special needs and this centre does everything in their power to cater for her and educate themselves to help with her development.

Underwood Early Learning Centre has been absolutely amazing in caring for my son when I returned to work. The long term staff member show that the team work really well together and the quality of care is always amazing.
