The educators and the facilities at Tarella House on West St are truly second to none. Our child loves attending and they offer a truly nurturing, challenging, diverse and stimulating environment. Being a smaller daycare each child is an individual, not a number, and each child receives bespoke care appropriate for their stage of development and personal needs. The facility itself is beautiful renovated and has everything a child could possibly need. The educators here are fantastic and most importantly, trustworthy - we have zero hesitation in the care and education they provide for our child. Thank you team ❤️

My son has been attending Tarella Nursery and its been a great experience. The carers are attentive and kind, the director Angela is very responsive and well organised. It's a warm and caring environment and I also like the fact that its a small Nursery so the kids are very familiar with each other and comfortable with the carers.

Angela and her team are wonderful - cannot reccomend Tarella House more. So thankful for all the updates they send us through the app- how much the child has eaten, how many ml in the bottle they had to drink, when they went to the bathroom, when they went down for a nap and what time they woke up. They are very creative with all the activities and send the cutest arts and craft home (CNY painting, painted easter egg, christmas card with photo etc). We love that the educators share their cultures with the kids as well.

We are very happy with this childcare. The educators are warm, patient and truly care about the children. My child has grown so much in confidence and independence since joining. The daily updates and photos make us feel very connected. Highly recommend this centre!

Tarella House Nursery is bright, clean, and full of fun, creative activities that keep the kids happy and learning. The communication is fantastic — we love the daily updates, photos, and how every milestone is celebrated. The educators are warm, caring, and truly invested in the children’s growth. Our little girl goes in smiling every morning and doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day! We feel so lucky to be part of the Tarella House community.

Our daughter has attended Tarella House West St from 6 months to 2 years of age, and although there have been a lot of changes over this time, she has always been so happy there. The centre itself is spacious, always well maintained, and consistently updated with educational stimulus for the little ones . Most importantly though, I can't speak more highly about the educators. They are such caring and kind people and our daughter adores them. Shes always happy to go to them when she's dropped off in the morning and sweetly speaks about them when she comes home. Whenever we have had a query about anything, the director has always been open and available for a conversation to help. We have just had to move centres as our daughter has aged out of the nursery, and I think it speaks volumes to say that both myself and the educators cried saying goodbye on her last day!

We couldn’t be happier with the care our daughter has received at Tarella House on West. She’s been attending full-time since October 2025, and from day one the educators have been warm, caring, and attentive. The centre is always clean and well maintained, with a nurturing environment and plenty of fun, engaging activities that also support learning and development. Even though it’s in a neighbouring suburb for us, we prefer it over other local centres — and we’re so glad we did. Our daughter has truly thrived here, and her happiness says it all. We’re very grateful for the way the centre has felt like an extension of home.

The centre has changed a lot since the new leadership team joined. The communication has become very consistent, and the educators seem more motivated than ever. The routines are smooth, the environment is always clean and cheerful, and I can see how much thought goes into every learning experience. I really appreciate how the team supports my little one’s individual needs and keeps us updated. Highly recommend this centre to anyone looking for a nurturing early learning environment!
