My son attended the new centre behind aldi. Im still waiting refunds. Still waiting explainations how they lost his confidential documentation (birth and vacs certs). Still waitibg to sign incident reports when he was in their care. Also they were in breech of a few things - no 5 min sids cot checks fone for under 6mth, and no qualified educator in the nursery room (only trainees). Will be chasing up the Ombudsman, as i reported them after speaking witb the director and then she was gone with no word less than a week later. Area manager seems to have had the same happen. Admin. Alot of staff disappear and not heard about again. Ive heard others have issues with their CCS due to incorrect billing from here (i also have them now telling me i have fees when my son was immediately withdrawn from care). Ive not come across a daycare as bad as EduKare. Oh also heard about kids escaping the outdoor play area (unnoticed by educators). Our son started at Muswellbrook Tillys in January 2020. The staff are incredible! Before we even were enrolled, they supported us every step... Our son started at Muswellbrook Tillys in January 2020. The staff are incredible! Before we even were enrolled, they supported us every step of the way with allowing us to drop in whenever for a play to get used to the staff and centre to helping us apply for the CCS to providing personalised updates about his day at every pick up. We will be forever grateful for the love, care and education our son receives at Muswellbrook Tillys. At just 2 years old, he has been taught so much. He knows his colours, can count and his vocabulary has expanded significantly. They are second to none there and I can’t recommend them enough. Read more
