My 7-month-old started at eduKare earlier this year and it has been wonderful. He genuinely loves coming to care — he’s always happy when we arrive and just as happy when I pick him up. The educators in his room are kind, caring, and so accommodating to his individual needs. It’s incredibly reassuring as a parent to know he’s so well looked after by people who are clearly in it for the right reasons.

My son and daughter attend Muswellbrook Edukare on Bimbadeen drive, the staff are absolutely amazing and take great pride in doing what’s best for each and every child. I would recommend this daycare to friends and family!

Great educators!! (We attend the Bimbadeen drive centre)any concerns i have were promptly delt with my son has settled in so well and enjoys his time at the centre the director is always open to take meeting. my son is allergic to sunscreen the centre went above and beyond to order the only one he could use and ensure its labelled with his name

Both my kids have thrived since attending Bimbadeen drive Edukare. Beautiful school with very beautiful teachers and management.

I have had 3 children attend Edukare on Bimbadeen Drive and have found them fantastic. We started in the nursery, moved to toddler and progressed to the preschool room before going off to kindergarten. Each room is great, the educators are lovely and my kids really enjoy going! They make friends, the school supports their interests and tries to incorporate it into their days! Any minor issues I have had, were always dealt with quickly and efficiently by the staff!

My son attended the new centre behind aldi. Im still waiting refunds. Still waiting explainations how they lost his confidential documentation (birth and vacs certs). Still waitibg to sign incident reports when he was in their care. Also they were in breech of a few things - no 5 min sids cot checks fone for under 6mth, and no qualified educator in the nursery room (only trainees). Will be chasing up the Ombudsman, as i reported them after speaking witb the director and then she was gone with no word less than a week later. Area manager seems to have had the same happen. Admin. Alot of staff disappear and not heard about again. Ive heard others have issues with their CCS due to incorrect billing from here (i also have them now telling me i have fees when my son was immediately withdrawn from care). Ive not come across a daycare as bad as EduKare. Oh also heard about kids escaping the outdoor play area (unnoticed by educators). Edit- after comment saying they will contact to rectify, still not heard a thing. Typical
