From the moment I toured the service, I felt at ease. The building is older but beautifully clean and full of charm. The staff clearly have long-standing experience, which is so reassuring to see. The centre director, Elyse, has been there for 8 years. She was incredibly open, honest and warm. As a parent sending my 2-year-old for the first time, she truly helped calm my nerves and made me feel confident in our decision. I can’t wait for my child to commence, it already feels like a caring and supportive environment.
