highly recommend this childcare centre. My son, muhammad Aman, attends here and I am extremely happy with the progress he has made since joining. I have noticed a wonderful improvement in his confidence, learning, and overall development. The staff members are absolutely amazing — they are very kind, caring, and incredibly friendly with both the children and the parents. One of the things I appreciate the most is how much attention and care the teachers give to every child. Each teacher is very supportive and genuinely dedicated to helping the children learn and grow in a positive environment. It is clear that they truly care about the well-being and development of the kids. The manager is also very friendly and approachable. Whenever we have any questions or concerns, she responds quickly and always provides helpful guidance. Communication with the centre is excellent, which makes parents feel comfortable and confident. Overall, this childcare centre provides a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for children. I am very grateful that my son is part of such a wonderful place, and I would definitely recommend it to other parents looking for a supportive and high-quality childcare centre.

We’ve had a genuinely wonderful experience with Cools Frogs Early Learning – Woodville branch. When my Son first started, it wasn’t always easy. Like many kids, those initial days came with a few challenges. But the way the team handled everything made a huge difference. Even attending just two days a week, we could clearly see his progress — in confidence, communication, comfort, and social connection. What stands out the most is the level of care and attention. The educators are patient, warm, and truly invested in each child’s development. He has built friendships, settled into a routine, and actually looks forward to going — which says a lot. A special thank you to Kelly, Nina, Charlee, and the entire team — your effort, kindness, and consistency have not gone unnoticed. You’ve created a safe and nurturing environment where children can grow, and we’re very grateful for that. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a caring and supportive early learning centre.

Absolutely amazing childcare! The girls are so kind and caring, they made my twins feel safe and comfortable straight away. My babies are usually very clingy and don’t go to new people easily, but at the orientation day they had they were so happy running/crawling around playing with so many different toys they were comfortable and that made me smile knowing they’d be happy and safe and loved at this childcare. I was so nervous for their first day but I’m completely at ease knowing they’re in such loving hands. They both settled in amazing for their first day today!! I Highly recommend Cool Frogs!”

As a first time parent, choosing childcare is never easy. I always wanted to keep my little one at home for as long as possible, but I could see he was ready for more—more learning, more play, and more social interaction. Enrolling him at Cool Frogs has truly been one of the best decisions we’ve made. From the very beginning, the team has been incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive. Their communication is excellent, and they always make us feel reassured and involved. The biggest testament to their care is our son—he now runs in happily each day with a big smile, which says everything. Like most toddlers, the transition was emotional at first, but within just a few weeks he felt safe, secure, and settled. The centre itself is clean, welcoming, and well organised, and the addition of fresh meals prepared daily by an in-house chef is such a bonus. We are so grateful for the love, patience, and dedication they show our boy every day. It honestly makes me emotional thinking about the day he’ll have to move on. Keep up the wonderful job Charlee, Kelly, Nina and rest of the great team. 🫶

I am very glad that we found Cool Frogs. We had to move from another childcare centre because my son did not feel that he belonged there and was scared when I dropped him off. Now he is enjoying every day at Cool Frogs. He knows his educators truly care for him and that he is not treated like just a number, as he was at the other centre. My son’s verbal skills are improving every day. Thank you to Charlee, Nina, Kelly, and all the educators for everything you do.

After failed attempts of my son being comfortable in any centre, his lack of confidence and lack of being able to bond with many educators at all in the past. The instant meltdowns even just approaching a centre he was going to, I’ve been so hesitant to even look at another, but my husband and I decided to give Cool Frogs a go, and I’m so beyond glad that we have found this amazing centre. My son hasn’t even officially started yet, but from the second we walked in the door, the welcoming atmosphere, the way Charlee genuinely cares & watching the way my son looked around and instantly wanted to explore, really ticked the box for me. In the past, he has been stuck to me like Velcro the second we approach a centre, and will instantly cry, telling me he wants to go home. But, during the first minute of approaching Cool Frogs, he was already intrigued. He was communicating instantly with Charlee (something he had never done before straight away) wanting to explore & even independently engaging in the many open ended activities the amazing educators have to offer! For the first time ever, he willingly went off and played, even said “bye mummy” and not one tear! If anything, it was harder to get him out of there after orientations then it’s ever been to get him to even go inside a centre! The educators, instantly showed him attention & genuine care. Listened to my worries and didn’t make me feel like just another number. I cannot wait to see my son thrive in this amazing environment & watch the amazing bonds he has already built, bloom even more. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

This is my daughter's fourth childcare and all I can say is that this is the best! The facility was so clean, the educators was lovely and doing their best to give a montessori style activities which my daughter loves. As a mom, my favorite part of this centre is how they choose their toys and plan their activities, it is not overwhelming to kids and it is more like Montessori style. My daughter really change from not wanting to go to childcare from really wanted to go everyday. And also Gob the frog (yup there is a real frog inside) is really an eye catching for kids to say hi when they comes in and say bye after a long day. I cant thank the educators especially Kels and Charlie for looking after my daughter. Highly recommended to everyone.

Hi All It’s our second week there. And I give them 5 stars as facilities, back yard, food is very good. Staff are friendly and welcoming. They just recently opened and I hope they will get more toys for active play outside. Thank you

Staff have been amazing from the beginning being very open and helpful with all questions about getting our child into the centre! Amazing staff who are fantastic with the little man! Cannot recommend enough! Communication is outstanding as well!
