So happy we found Jo, Iris and the team at Stepping Stone West Beach! They truly care about our son and he has formed such a close bond with his educators. We feel so grateful for the time they take to create engaging and educational activities - often tailored to suit the children’s individual interests. My son is 2.5 years old and has attended this centre since he turned 1. He loves all the staff, has made friends and runs in the doors daily, excited to be there. The staff are friendly and caring. We have had a great experience here.

The teachers at stepping stones West Beach are amazing and my 2 kids looks forward to attending childcare everyday. The teachers are loving, patient and engage the children with fun filled activities. We could definitely see the improvement all round in our kids after attending West Beach Stepping Stones. My girls attended the centre for the past 3 years and during that time they built great relationships with the educators, in particular in the pre kindy and kindy rooms. Our family was made to feel welcome and the girls absolutely loved going each day!

Words cannot express enough how grateful I am for the incredible support my son has received at this centre. When he first started over two years ago, he had quite significant separation anxiety and I am so thrilled with the progress he has made, I am lucky to get a goodbye now! Thanks to all the amazing staff, especially Jo, Sharon, and Iris, he is made to feel safe and supported. The communication is outstanding, and their nurturing approach has helped him develop into a confident and joyful (and crazy) 4-year-old. As a staff member and my child attending the centre, I know that the place provides the best quality care to the children. The children that I care for, their voices are always being heard and we make sure that the experiences set up are based on children's interest. I can see my son is well care for and is enjoying every single moment whenever he is in care.

Child 1 transitioned to Stepping Stone West Beach from an interstate childcare at just over 2 years old. She had only 1 hour of 'visits' before commencing full days which was a complete testament to the warm, secure, fun and welcoming environment. She moved through the centre and will move on to school having had first class early childhood education but, more than that, a loving and nurturing environment where the staff have a true affection for the kids (and vice versa). Staff are also very supportive of parents and go above and beyond to communicate about the child's experiences and progression. We did not hesitate to send child 2 when the time came. As a different personality, he was not so keen on going but was always given the love and encouragement he needed to make the separation easier and has thrived as a result. Generally the kids talk excitedly of childcare over breakfast and skip in looking forward to the day ahead. Whether it is management, educators, or the patient and wonderful cook, you know your precious babies are in safe hands at West Beach.

Our youngest child attends Stepping Stone West Beach and our oldest did until commencing school. The Centre has a small and personal feel while also offering the kids plenty of space. The staff have only ever shown warmth and genuine care towards our entire family. We have since had many friends’ children attend based on our experience. We haven’t been disappointed .
