We are so grateful for the incredible care our baby receives here. The educators are warm, attentive, and truly go above and beyond every day. Our little one is always happy, settled, and thriving — and the communication and support from the team is outstanding. We couldn’t ask for a better place :)

Our family couldn’t be happier with this childcare centre. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth, care and genuine passion the team has for the children. The centre provides such an incredible environment where kids feel safe, supported and truly nurtured while learning and growing every day. A huge thank you to the amazing director, Sharon, whose leadership and dedication are evident in everything the centre does. She has created a beautiful culture where families feel welcome and children thrive. The educators are all fantastic, but I have to give special recognition to Jo and Iris. These two educators are truly one in a million. They have been with the centre since it opened and their experience, kindness and genuine love for the children shines through. The patience, care and attention they give each child is something very special, and it gives parents such peace of mind knowing their children are in their hands. The activities and curriculum are also outstanding. The centre offers such a thoughtful mix of learning, creativity and play, helping the kids build confidence, friendships and important life skills while still having so much fun. We feel incredibly lucky to be part of this community. If you’re looking for the best childcare centre in the West, this is it. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

So happy we found Jo, Iris and the team at Stepping Stone West Beach! They truly care about our son and he has formed such a close bond with his educators. We feel so grateful for the time they take to create engaging and educational activities - often tailored to suit the children’s individual interests. They provide regular updates and always find the time to talk - don’t know where we’d be without them. Thank you!

My son is 2.5 years old and has attended this centre since he turned 1. He loves all the staff, has made friends and runs in the doors daily, excited to be there. The staff are friendly and caring. We have had a great experience here.

The teachers at stepping stones West Beach are amazing and my 2 kids looks forward to attending childcare everyday. The teachers are loving, patient and engage the children with fun filled activities. We could definitely see the improvement all round in our kids after attending West Beach Stepping Stones. My girls attended the centre for the past 3 years and during that time they built great relationships with the educators, in particular in the pre kindy and kindy rooms. Our family was made to feel welcome and the girls absolutely loved going each day!

Words cannot express enough how grateful I am for the incredible support my son has received at this centre. When he first started over two years ago, he had quite significant separation anxiety and I am so thrilled with the progress he has made, I am lucky to get a goodbye now! Thanks to all the amazing staff, especially Jo, Sharon, and Iris, he is made to feel safe and supported. The communication is outstanding, and their nurturing approach has helped him develop into a confident and joyful (and crazy) 4-year-old. As a staff member and my child attending the centre, I know that the place provides the best quality care to the children. The children that I care for, their voices are always being heard and we make sure that the experiences set up are based on children's interest. I can see my son is well care for and is enjoying every single moment whenever he is in care.
