Amazing centre with staff that go above and beyond everyday. My son absolutely loves it here. Couldn’t recommend this centre more.

Little Zak’s Winmalee has been such a lovely and supportive centre to have our little boy attend. As new parents, we were very nervous about starting daycare but the team has been nothing short of amazing helping our family with the transition. A few key things that stand out and are important to us are: - The staff are all consistent (I see all the same faces every day), so friendly and well educated in the care they provide. They each have such a variety of life experiences to bring to the table, with lots also being mums themselves. All the staff make an effort to say hi as we cross paths and you can see the energy that they all put into making the children feel safe, happy and engaged. - They focus on all domains of our child’s health and development. They have truly worked so hard in supporting my child to feel emotionally secure and to grow healthy attachments to his educators. They have met him where he is at, with what he needs, and have never made us feel like a burden for it. - The facility is new and custom made for the purpose of early education and care (ECEC). It has been thought out for each age with a great range of resources and it is always clean each time we attend. - Every space is visible and there are no areas that a child would be alone with a staff member and unnoticed. They also have cctv of all areas. Being part of a bigger service means that they have greater governance and oversight, as well as established guidelines and policies. Given the current findings from the inquiry into ECEC’s, this was a big one for us. - Communication is clear and open. This flows from drop off and pick up conversations, through to the personalised updates throughout the day with their app. Truly, all round, we feel very happy and relieved that our family has found this service (and also found a spot!). We would highly recommend this service to our friends and family!

My daughter has thrived at Little Zak’s since she was 8mo and is now 3! She loves her educators and all the friendships she’s made! Lovely facilities and staff are overall caring and accomodating for any concerns or requests you may have.

We had our daughter enrolled at Little Zaks Winmalee at 8 months old, we were impressed with the space layout and how clean the centre was when we did a tour but the major reason why we chose them for her care was Kelly the room leader for 0-1 room, our daughter loved her from the get go and had the best time each day she was there. Also big shout out to Emma the current director she keeps you in the loop with everything and is super efficient. We have now moved out of the area and truly appreciate how lucky we were having them look after our girl. Thank you guys!

Little Zak’s Winmalee has been great for both myself and my daughter. She started at 4.5months and is now about to turn 2! Her educators are always attentive to her needs and do a great job of updating daily journals. Since Miss Sam has taken over room leader in the 1-2yr room my daughter has come home after school with all her sensory needs satiated. She has had less meltdowns and shows more confidence in her language skills. Thank you to all the staff at Little Zak’s!

As both a parent and Educator at little Zaks Winmalee, I can say with confidence that they really take pride in their present and how they educate the children. I am extremely happy with the service they provide and how professionally they handle all situations. Little Zaks academy are truly amazing at what they do, Especially creating events such as Mother’s Day.
