Little Stars Early Learning & Kindergarten Pakenham

It is with a heavy heart that I share my honest experience at Little Star Pakenham. While I must commend the owner for their kindness and down-to-earth nature, I regretfully encountered challenges with the manager, Helen, and certain staff members. On one hand, the owner demonstrated genuine care and created a positive environment. However, my interactions with Helen left me disheartened. Her egoistic and diplomatic demeanor overshadowed the overall atmosphere of the center. It was evident that she held a vengeful nature, which created a tense atmosphere among the staff. One alarming incident that unfolded was the unethical behavior of certain staff members, specifically Happy, an educator. It became apparent that there were instances of secret photography and false warning letters issued to colleagues they didn't favor. Such actions are deeply distressing and reflect a lack of professionalism and respect within the team. As an educator, it is crucial to prioritize collaboration, empathy, and mutual support. Unfortunately, the behavior demonstrated by Happy and facilitated by Helen did not align with these principles. It is disheartening to witness such negative dynamics within an educational setting. While it is important to acknowledge the positive aspects of the center, it is equally important to address areas that require improvement. Creating a harmonious and nurturing environment for both staff and children should be the utmost priority at Little Star Pakenham. I sincerely hope that the owner and management take these concerns seriously and address the issues at hand. Fostering a culture of respect, professionalism, and support will benefit everyone involved, ultimately creating a better experience for both staff and families. In sharing this feedback, my intention is to highlight areas where improvements can be made. I believe that with the right steps and a commitment to positive change, Little Star Pakenham can regain its reputation as a center that prioritizes the well-being and growth of both children and staff.
