As a working single mother I have found the flexible hours available prefect for my shift work. Dagmar has a compassion for the work she does and has a fabulous relationship with my girls. Her home is immaculate with high standard of cleaness and hygiene, offers a fantastic range of toys and educational items for the kids and home made healthy nutritious meals cooked each day supplied. Dagmar is very reliable never having a sick day off the entire time my children have been going. I would highly recommend Halls Head Family Daycare to other families. Read more

Dagmar at Halls Head Family Daycare was highly recommended to us by several families and we were so glad that Dagmar just had... Dagmar at Halls Head Family Daycare was highly recommended to us by several families and we were so glad that Dagmar just had a vacant spot when we were looking for a daycare for our 15 month old daughter. Our daughter is 2.5 years old now and loves going there and enjoys being in a small group with other children. Dagmar is like a second mother for her. She is so caring, lovely, 100% reliable and flexible and always goes above and beyond. She puts so much extra effort into everything she does because of her very high standards. All meals and snacks are healthy and home-cooked by Dagmar and the indoor and outdoor play area for the kids are just amazing. We appreciate Dagmar's high educational standards and love the activities she puts on for the kids on a daily basis that are not only fun but have also helped to further develop our daughter’s fine motor skills and language development which is important to us as our daughter grows up bilingual. My three children have attended Halls Head Family Daycare for the last 7 years and I feel so lucky to have found such an amazing daycare for my children. Dagmar is just outstanding to deal with and my kids adore her. She is like a second mother to them . Dagmar is kind , reliable and always puts children first . The daycare is spotless, meals are healthy and nutritious and they have an array of activities and toys to stimulate them on a daily basis. Having moved from another country I was very nervous about who would look after my kids on my return to work. I don't recommend this day care. When I put my daughter in I was heavily pregnant. After only a few weeks she told... I don't recommend this day care. When I put my daughter in I was heavily pregnant. After only a few weeks she told me she didn't want to take my daughter anymore, saying she was too busy with the other kids and that my daughter kept crying and disturbing the other kids. I was literally a week away from giving birth. It was a shock but I said okay, just let me get my daughter enrolled in a new daycare first and she agreed. The following week came and she refused to take my daughter - there was no two weeks notice. She left me in the lurch with a newborn and a very sore body after giving birth. I am a single mother so this was extremely inconvenient. Not what I was expecting from my first experience of a daycare. My daughter hated it. She got neglected and the other girl there the same age would cry everytime I seen her and she had been going there for a few years which gives me really bad vibes about this lady "Dagmar".
