Neek and Gai are amazing with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing my son so happy and excited every day when I pick him up. They really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. They are really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and we’re very thankful to Neek and Gai for everything.

As a first time Mum, having to return to work much sooner than I would have liked, I found searching for the right day care to be very daunting. I will forever be grateful to Monique and Gai for their instant warmth and connection towards our family and out little boy. Our son has been attending Neeks Day Care now for 2 years and has been showered with warmth, support, guidance and beautiful friendships in his time there. Communication has always open and consistent and we receive daily updates on our boys activities and development. I could not have imagined a better experience. I would highly recommend Neeks Day Care to all and any parents in seek of a genuine caring environment for their little one.

My daughter has been going to Neek's Family Daycare for 2 years and I couldn't ask for better care for my daughter. It will be a sad day when she eventually moves on to big school! Monique and Gai are both amazing and all the children love them. Given that there is max 4 children per day means they all get more personalised care than a large centre could provide which means they notice all the little things and can keep you very well informed (maybe a change in eating habits, how well they are sleeping etc). My daughter (2.5yr old) loves it there, never cries at dropoff and always talks fondly of Neek, Gai and her friends. My son has also just started and already starts smiling as we walk up to the door (6m old). The activities they do are educational and fun. I couldn't recommend Neek's Family Daycare highly enough!

We started looking for a day care centre when our little man just 6 months old, as I wanted to ensure we found the right fit for us and that he had the best possible care. Monique and Gai came highly recommended and although had no vacancies upon initial enquire, still welcomed us into their home to show us their facilities and explain how their family day care operated. We were pleased with the structure and cleanliness of their home and most of all noticed how well-behaved, well-mannered and inquisitive the children were with our son. Lucky enough for us, vacancies became available for the days we needed and our son has been in Monique and Gai’s care for over 6 months and he just loves it! He has grown and learnt so much in this time and I love seeing the smile on his face at drop off and collection times. Oh and we love our StoryPark updates with photos and commentary. Monique and Gai’s down to earth approach and feedback assists us to navigate the adventure that is being a first time parent! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

We are so grateful to have found Neeks Family Day Care. Neek and Gai go above and beyond for our daughter (and all the other kids) and have played such an important role in her life over the last 2 years. Lola absolutely loves going to school and has made the very best of friends. From the beginning they have provided her with a safe and supportive environment that is not only fun but allows her to enjoy learning and thrive. I could not recommend their service more. I’m lucky they have had vacancies on the days I have needed- not sure what I would do if they didn’t. They aren’t just our daughters daycare teachers they have become our friends.

Given that this has been our first exposure to family day care after our older 2 children attended long day care - we have been incredibly fortunate and lucky to find Neek’s Family Day Care. From the warm smiles and genuine love and enthusiasm at drop off and pick up, to the immaculate and well equipped home environment, to the genuine passion for what Monique and Gai do, and the love showed to our son on a daily basis - we couldn’t have asked for a better place for our son to grow and learn. He also has some extra needs and Monique and Gai have a willingness and commitment to ensure he gets the best possible chance out of every single opportunity. These women have become family to us. Highly highly recommend to any family looking for a warm, loving and safe family daycare.

I’m a first time Mum and a single parent. I just moved to a new State and I was so scared to give my daughter to just anyone. After seeing other places I was put off but the moment I walked in and started chatting with Monique and Gaye I just knew that my daughter would be safe and well looked after. I felt so at ease leaving Aria to be cared for by Monique and Gaye and I’m a stress head so that speaks volumes. Two of the most genuine down to earth people I’ve come across and they really do love what they do and the kids benefit so much. What you see is what you get and that’s the way it should be. I could not recommend their service enough! I’m so thankful for them.
