My kids absolutely love this centre. They have developed wonderful relationships with the educators. There is also such a great variety of extra activities for the kids to do such as baking, soccer, animal visits, yoga, language classes.

As a mum, trusting someone else with your child is one of the hardest things you can do—especially when your child has never left your care. My 17-month-old daughter’s first daycare experience elsewhere was heartbreaking. After attending a centre in Ingleburn, she became withdrawn, stopped interacting, and would wake up crying at night. I still don’t know exactly what happened there, and while they denied anything was wrong, it was painfully clear that something had affected her deeply. Starting at Redfern Cottage Early Learning Centre has been the complete opposite—one of the best decisions I’ve made. From day one, the educators made me feel welcome and reassured, especially Miss Jasmine and Miss Afifa. Today, I was running late to pick my daughter up, and through the window I saw her sitting so comfortably in Miss Jasmine’s lap, then happily following her around. That simple sight filled me with peace. As a working mum, knowing my daughter is cared for with genuine love and attention means everything. She comes home happy, unchanged in her personality, and still the same vibrant little person I know. I finally feel at ease knowing she’s in the right place. My only feedback would be regarding the app parents use to track the progress of their kids. The app doesn’t show a lot of vital details.
